I can appreciate the level of effort that was put into this video, but anyone who tries to make sense of the "Power Levels" of Dragon Ball/Z/GT/Super/etc. is kind of missing the joke. Toriyama-sensei openly admitted that he only introduced the concept of Power Levels as a way for villains to underestimate their opponents. And by the time we start into the Buu Saga, never mind the Super shenanigans, Power Levels are a joke because of the things characters can do (ignoring time stop, countering existential erasure, etc.). Edit: With regards to my comment about Toriyama-sensei, I could swear to reading an interview with something along those lines about the reason for power levels, but I guess that might have been a Mandela Effect.
Toriyama never stated that he introduced power levels for opponents to underestimate them. He actually stated that he did it so the readers could understand their power simpler. He got rid of it because the power levels spoiled who would win and lose in fights.

I mean she was clearly a better fighter in the beginning of the match. She just eventually got tired while Spopovich always stays full stamina with the majin powers. Also there is a line where Gohan says something like "she doesn't realize that she has already surpassed her father's powers." I think 10 is underrating her.

@montecervino6028 the explanation they give is that when a buu absorbs another buu, instead of being an absortion (power addition, maintaining personality of absorber) it acts more like a fusion (power beyond the addition of both, new personality) We know its a new personality as even super buu said that if fat buu was removed from his body, he would stop existing Also you scaling was 100% correct, i am surprised since half of the DB fanbase doesnt know how to read, so when i see someone giving actual reasons and using correct logic its surprising

There are plenty of inconsistencies, but I can appreciate the effort. When fighting Nappa, Vegeta scouter read over 8000, so you missed the opportunity to go 8001 😂 When arriving at namek, Goku actually was 90k, and that was enough to face Butter and Juice at the same time without any effort. Ginyu was 120k and Goku used Kaioken to show 180k on his scouter. Freeza 4th form was actually 4M, the 120M one was 100% full power

Dragon fist might not make goku gogeta level but its not just a fist its a way stronger move than Kamehameha and which has been show to multiply gokus power by about over 2X so like it is likely that dragon fist is at least 5-10 X and got pushed further on gt to like 10000 X
In my opinion, once Frieza first transformed (the tall, demon-like wrestler with bull horns), Power Levels became useless; Toriyama was smart and just focused on the designs of the transformations; a new transformation was supposed to be a lot stronger, period, the exact number irrelevant (a never canonically established, just fan conjecture); SSJ is a lot stronger than Frieza's final form and that's all you need to know (same with SSJ2 and Perfect Cell).
Piccolo's power level sure increased a lot from the Saiyan saga to the Namek saga. I guess all that training sitting on his ass and drinking water on King Kai's planet really paid off.
Kami's power levels are actually ambiguous, but for how huge of a power increase it gave piccolo when fusing in the android/cell saga, it has to be in the 10's of thousands.

As evidenced by the comment above mine, you'll never get a realistic power level scale. The people who are deranged enough to even bother putting it together are power-scalers who can't or won't read the manga and get all their incorrect opinions from idiotic power-scaler youtubers.
Piccolo trained in the room of spirit and time, and by that time even Trunks was shocked seeing him (in the anime it's even more clear). After that, Piccolo asked Goku if now he may have a chance against Cell, and considering he knew how strong the suppressed Perfect Cell version that stomped Vegeta was, he should be at least stronger than Super Vegeta, or that doubt would be totally pointless. So I would say that post room training Piccolo is AT LEAST on par with Super Vegeta, but probably he's stronger than that and somewhat close to the same Cell that defeated Vegeta. Still, Cell wasn't trying the slightest, that version of Cell wasn't even as strong as 50% MSSJ Goku if I remember correctly, so Piccolo still scales way lower than any Super Saiyan since the Cell Games, and that is proven by the fact that even base Vegeta in the Buu saga was confident about winning the Budokai Tenkaichi without even using Super Saiyan, implying he's surpassed Piccolo even in base form
On cell saga trunks was more powerful than cell in raw numbers, but cell was faster so he couldn't land a hit The rabbit from the beginning can defeat anyone just by touching them

戦闘力には色々と法則があるとかで、それを見てて納得したな。
大分ぼんやり覚えてる程度だけど、確か、相手の7〜8割くらいの戦闘力なら戦略次第では勝てないこともないとか。それに照らし合わせると結構ハマってて面白かった記憶。
ナメック星以降は非公式だけど、個人的には数値の伸び方とか的にも結構しっくりはくる

Piccolo trained in the room of spirit and time, and by that time even Trunks was shocked seeing him (in the anime it's even more clear). After that, Piccolo asked Goku if now he may have a chance against Cell, and considering he knew how strong the suppressed Perfect Cell version that stomped Vegeta was, he should be at least stronger than Super Vegeta, or that doubt would be totally pointless. So I would say that post room training Piccolo is AT LEAST on par with Super Vegeta, but probably he's stronger than that and somewhat close to the same Cell that defeated Vegeta. Still, Cell wasn't trying the slightest, that version of Cell wasn't even as strong as 50% MSSJ Goku if I remember correctly, so Piccolo still scales way lower than any Super Saiyan since the Cell Games, and that is proven by the fact that even base Vegeta in the Buu saga was confident about winning the Budokai Tenkaichi without even using Super Saiyan, implying he's surpassed Piccolo even in base form

Love how Kid Buu is much weaker than Super Buu and his variants as well as Mystic Gohan, Fusions, etc... but at the end was the biggest threat around because all the stronger fighters were removed by the end of the arc.
