Katsuyu's true size is unknown. Tsunade and Sakura released their seal partially to summon roughly 10% of the slug but it's true size is likely unknown especially given how Katsuyu can bend to slugs of different height/volume. But it's probably one of the largest entities in the series.
You didn't include Sasuke's lightning Dragon, the Hokage heads, giant Choji, the size of a 1000 Naruto shadow clones, Konan's giant paper bomb waterfall, nor the infinite tsukuyomi moon.
In Naruto and Gaara's fight, Shukaku and Gamabunta appear to be similar in size, this is evident in the scenes in which they are paired together during combat. Now saying that Gamabunta is 30m and Shukaku is 50m would be quite discrepant visually.
in the anime the 9 tails is also drawn just as big as shinshu senju but in reality he's only as big as the wooden golem, both of which can be picked up by the shinsu senju like a squirrel

When madara was using Kurama to fight hashirama the shinsu senju was able to pick up Kurama with his bare hand while the golem was on top of its head and kurama was the exact same size as the golem when they stood in front of each other and fought. Funny thing is that Kurama in this comparison is post-sealed one. When Minato 'halved' it with Death God Jutsu, Kurama became approximately 6-7 times smaller. So his initial height should be about 600-700 meters.

well kushina is 1.64 and minato is 1.79. so there Is no way for Naruto to stop growing at 1.66. he got taller after shippuden where he was just 16 years old.
What about Genbu the living Turtle Island? He's probably the largest living thing on Naruto's planet and likely the oldest even older than Gammamaru The Great Sage Toad who is about 1000 years old.. The Juubi in its original and ultimate form as the World Tree would be fairly close but I'm not sure if we can count the tree as native to Naruto's planet.
