Very nice, I feel it’s important to re-calibrate our daily routines every few months or every few years. Sometimes it’s easy to slip back into old ways or just need to change up the mix. SpongeBob on Sundays! Ha ha love it.
It is really great to create a morning routine that can suit us on a personal level. We all are different and we function differently, so there's no such thing as the perfect morning routine for everyone. Thank you so much for the inspiration 🙏
That early morning water is so clutch. I see snow. Nooooo! Put good things in your mind and good things will come out. I love this. A simple routine that you can hopefully stick to and that keeps you headed in the right direction.
That transition at 2:38!! I SEE YOU Appreciate the candidness around what you've stuck to versus what you haven't. I find also that life ebbs and flows, sometimes we naturally transition out of habits that feel good at some point. Checking your phone might not be as bad for you if you've graduated along the way. Also you mention the smoothie and the gym, and so sometimes those things can outweigh or "balance" the health of the initial wakeup. Ps I almost recorded a morning routine vid this week so we were on some telepathy!!
Checking my phone just bothers me because I go against what I set out to do. Morning workouts really do get me into gear though. Make that morning routine video Ari! I wanna see it 😋
I totally understand making a morning routine and then having it slip away!! I would say that the core things have remained but things like not checking my phone which I wanted to do slowly came back into my routine. I think that's fine cos I havent seen a detriment to any other area of my life
I know what you mean when your morning routine changes. I used to get up and go to the gym every morning but lately I'm loving the lunch time or evening workouts instead so I switched mine up to meditate and go for a long walk in the morning. I've found slowing down in the morning has really helped me stay calm and positive. Really like the idea of walking up to motivational speakers. On my walks I've been listening to non-fiction books by Seth Godin and Brene Brown and influential individuals like that. It really does help to hear perspective like that in the morning. Also I'm such a bad culprit for being on my phone first thing in the morning. It's so tough!! I'm trying to kick that habit to the curb too. Really loved this video. Thanks for sharing with us!
Sponge Bob is the best!! My morning ritual is similar - starting with an Organic smoothie, gratitude prayer for all that I’ve been blessed with & who has been led to my journey to support me, and whom I can support. Exercise & Meditation, all the while not checking my phone for the first 3 hours. Works for me ☺️☮️
Looking good! I, too, have fallen off the wagon with my morning routine. I haven’t done it in weeks :( life’s been weird. It’s hard to kick the phone habit...you have such a wonderful view up there! Sponge bob is my favorite. Thanks for the Hal Elrod quote at the end for the extra inspiration! ✨
I came here as I've seen you commented in other videos which I was intrigued by, and here I am! I'm going to binge watch your videos! I'm 28 so it's nice to have people my age to relate to.
The cellphone thing! Oh man! I'm going to join you on that one. Sometimes I set up a timer while working, and don't touch my phone until the timer goes off. works for me MOST of the time. 😅
Those are some real quality B-rolls you got there! Looking pro as heck, way to go dude. Gym and motivational speakers match like peanut butter and jelly haha.
*I think at the end of the day you always need to experiment and see what works for you* That breakfast looks DELICIOUS!!! and also nice haircut man! :D
Hey, I just came across your channel and I think it’s extremely underrated and you have high potential. I came across your channel from your nofap video which has quite a lot of views. I have some suggestions which is totally optional but I think I could help a lot with your growth. When making your videos remember that even though you are really good at making films and things like that, sometimes your videos lack of what the viewers are going to get out of it. What I mean by that is instead of doing your morning routine, perhaps you could talk about how others can adapt their own to improve their life. I think the reason your nofap video did really well is because people watching it will get inspiration out of it and feel good about themselves. What I love about your videos though is that when you are talking to the camera, you are fluent and the things you say have great meaning. Also, the happy vibes you show to your viewers is great. However, when doing scenes, keep them short so you don’t lose your audiences attention. For example, you could have cut the clip when you were showing you window and only show the part which it was focused, and then cut it again while is was focusing on your face. Anyways, keep up the great work because one day your gonna blow up 💯 I subbed by the way
Thanks so much for the feedback! I truly appreciate it! I enjoy doing both styles of videos and totally get where you’re coming from. Certain videos will be more b roll heavy while others more straight talks to the camera. As I love inspiring people I also want to show what I’m doing in my own life to improve myself. I appreciate the feedback immensely!
So hard not to check the YT studio app when I wake up. It's gotten better over time though. What time do you usually get up in the morning/sleep the night before?
I need to kick the cellphone thing man. I'm thinking of keeping my phone in a separate room I always find myself just on it and then boom 1 hour passes.
Hair looks great! Good routine as well. Having 7 boys, I find that I have to get up early enough in order to make time for myself. If I don't regularly make a plan to manage my time and stick to it, I find that my time gets filled by other people. Social media, news, boss, kids, ect.. Great Job!
Nice work great job thanks for the tips
Love it love it❤️❤️❤️
Excellent routine! 😜 Snow! Thanks for sharing!

Nice to see a man who takes good care of himself physically and mentally... great video 🙂
Thanks :)

That’s beautiful! First 3 hours, love that
Whoever thinks “adventures” are dangerous, they have never tried “Routines”. It is lethal 😊 Nice Snow 🖖

Thought you were the Hodgetwins with that intro lol.
LOL, love those guys
I recommend Stronglifts 5x5 weightlifting program. Got me much bigger and stronger. Its grueling but forces you to improve mentally and physically
I love strength training! I switch it up month to month
So hard not to check the YT studio app when I wake up. It's gotten better over time though. What time do you usually get up in the morning/sleep the night before?
For sure man.
Usually 1030 and get up at 7 during the winter months
I need to kick the cellphone thing man. I'm thinking of keeping my phone in a separate room I always find myself just on it and then boom 1 hour passes.
Separate room is a game changer.
Do it broooo

It must be challenging to have a routine with 7 boys!
Love that you find a way to make it work
