I know of the Shadows (played keyboards on some Shadows tracks in our band) and I remember this song from '75 (I was nine) but I have never put the two together. Well I have now...and it's brilliant. In fact the whole concert is marvellous. Fantastic playing, great vocals and great sound production...true pros. If you can find a copy of the concert bluray, I highly recommend it.👍
Great song. Certainly worth a re-vamp re-release to see how it would fair today! The Shads coped well with this song back in 1975 without a front man (Cliff) and it's a pity they didn't stick with the singing and song writing as the their instrumental stuff had gone out of fashion.

Hank can sing, but it's Bruce Welch who takes the lead vocals on this song. And just as good, if not better, on stage in 2003 than the original Eurovision of 1975.
