nice guide ,but keep in mind that you should Ambush ONLY AFTER hemo , for the vein bonus. Also , if you play sub , make sure you feint before you open-4 pieces gives you extra versitility.
Hey, i am finding that when I open, I am losing a lot of energy and I end up getting energy starved after shadow dance, My opener normally goes something like: Cheap shot> Hemmorage> Ambush> Evicerate> Marked for Death> Evicerate> Shadow Dance> Ambush, Ambush> Evicerate. And then by the end of all that, I just seem to be doing like one Backstab every 3 seconds, which isn't very 'bursty'. I am using venom rush currently, (I changed from Death from Above due to the issue I have with energy) and I never had these energy problems in MoP, and I am clueless as to why. Can someone please help?

If the whole purpose behind using hemorage for sang vain in the opener, shouldn't you CS, THEN Hemo, THEN Ambush? so you get sang vain dmg increase on Ambush

Not to tell you how to do your opener, but isn't it better to Hemorrhage -before- the ambush so you get the 25% more damage on ambush from Sanguinary Veins?
Hey Scintilla this is my opener that i enjoy using Pre>S&D>Cheapshot>hemorage>ambush>Rupture>Marked for Death> Kidney. I also use internal bleeding so this gets all my bleeds while keeping them cc'd. Im new to rogue so this prob isnt perfect, especially with the kidney DR'd off the CheapShot. But if i could have your opinion man that would be cool or any recommendations Thank you!
Well i just feel like i do more damage with all my bleeds up because i read that alot of rogues burst this patch and there damage comes from there dots mixed with there regular rotation. Im going to do some test on it and see what i can figure out with one has better damage. But im not the most geared on my rogue atm. Everyone was telling me to play assasination but I don't like it nearly as much as sub, but watching this video convinced me to try out sub and I love it! The opener is so much fun!! I've hit people for like 72k with it! One thing that I was wondering about the opener actually, when you build up the combo points for the kidney shot, you spend a bit of time waiting for the cheapshot stun to end, during that time if you use a global for feint (to increase versatility) your death from above hits for alot more! is that worth it?

u will overlap ur cheap with kidney u should never overlap waste of cc plus if u watch in scin video when he does his montage at the end he isnt hemoing he backstabbing
how are you doing so much damage with the warglaives when you cant transmog them? arent the stats for those things bad compared to other level 100 gear? im a sub rogue as well and your videos have helped me learn alot.

I dont know why but my death from above doese 42k dmg max in bg sometimes does 0 dmg i dont understand and on dummy no more than 42k,full pvp 620 gear same rotation bleeds befor ambush!!!
I have a sub rogue and this opening does a max of 10k damage. Idk if Sub is a really gear dependent spec?? but I can't play it the damage i do to people makes me sick and I just get pissed playing it.

the point in his comment was for a more potent "1 sht" opener, not necessarily for practical uses.

Do a burst opener on a plate wearer! So we have an idea of how much energy to spend on plates, leathers, and clothies.

Why wouldn't you cheap shot > hemo > then ambush so ambush benefits from the 20% sanguinary veins damage bonus?
Why would you ambush before hemorrhage, when you can switch those and your ambush will get the dmg bonus aswell.

The most I've got on a player was MAYBE 30k, and currently I'm all primal combatants with 4 pieces of conquest gear. Explain your 75k DfA.
