Thank you for the video! How often do you recommend your students to try doing the pb’s in dynamic assuming they regularly train say twice a week?

Of course beginners can do PB's more often then more experience freedivers😎 I follow the principle "New PB" doesnt make you a better Freediver. I done a few videos, how to do 50/70/100 meters in DYNb, check them out, there I gave approximate time frame

@@KAIZENFREEDIVING thanks, I will specify my question. Let’s say someone is moving from from 50 to 75, or from 75 to 100. I generally recommend trying a pb once a month or once every two months. Does that follow your experience?

From 50 to 75 it can be deffinatly less time. Lets say on avarage, from 50 to 60 it will take a week and then from 60 to 75 another 2-3 weeks.
From 75 to 100 is slower. If a freediver not in a rush, then yes a couple of months sounds like a safe plan

A beginner with a PB of 100m dyn? Wow... How far does the most advanced pro freediver swim then? 600m? 🙄🙃

Haha, fair. Lets call such a freediver as an intermidiate.
