I'm enjoying following the rabbit trail of videos. Golden point from this video. Students need to believe their training is making a difference. I think my son needs to hear this. 75 meters was my best. I've been working on static. I did a little bit of static warmup and went into my DYNB attempt. I surprised myself with a 100 meter dive. I hope to do this and maybe a little more mid-August in competition. Thanks for another nice video.

    priwet sergej!
maybe you remember me. im the guy with lactic problems after 15 - 20 meters dnf in a pool from germany.
i just want to tell you, that with youre tips and videos, i solved my problems.
yesterday i reached my new pb in pool. 75 meters dnf. now im training more streamlining and try to get better boyancy. my goal for end of this year is reaching the 100 meter mark. but i dont stress me with numbers. the pb was just a little try after training wallpushing and counting strokes for one lane. a good day with a comfortable feeling at the pb dive.
    bla bla bla bla.... :-D
i just want to say thank you! for youre tips, youre help and youre wonderful videos!
i hope youre channel is getting bigger and you get a little back for all the time you spending on youre vids for us.
i wish you all the best and be sure, when im in thailand im ringing at youre door.
    stay save and healthy!

Thank you so much for this video! I'm struggling with my 100m DYNB at the moment and I'm literally stuck at the same number for more than two months. Will definitely try these solutions. Also, thank you for the video about mental techniques for DYNB - it's very useful!

Would love to see some dynamic NO fins content.

I am currently doing seventy meters with no fins and no feet using a freestyle stroke on the surface
Would switching to the fins be harder or easier, Do you think??
Also rather than increasing distance I have just been increasing time
I started at a minute thirty and now i'm up to 2 minutes For the same distance . I'd like to know your thoughts on that technique
    Thanks!

Do you mean 70 meters on the surface with the breath hold, right? With fins, it would be easier :)
Also yes, it's possible to play with the time occasionally, swim faster or slower. But for the long distance you want to find the optimal time

@KAIZENFREEDIVING thanks! And yes, breathholding. I do this because the lifeguards at the aquatic center I go to don't allow underwater swimming even with a buddy. Well one does but he's only there on Fridays :(
I figure any dynamic apnea is better than none.
I warm up with 25s and 30 sec breathe(10 mins), then 50s and 2 min breathe (15 mins) ups then 75s with 3 to 4 min breathe ups (15-20 mins). That takes about 45 mins total.
My first 75 (yards) is always 1:30, then I slow down for each rep. I hit 2 mins the other day
It feels really good and the warm up keeps it from being too difficult. I only get to do this 2 or sometimes 3x week. My progress has been fast. Thoughts?

Hi Kaizen, yesterday i did my 3e freedive training.
i had to do the navy seal test - no equipment, jump in, make a flip under water, and then do 50meter no fins.
this was succesfull for me, and i think it has a lot to do with all your video's i watched.
after that i tryed the same 50meter with fins and i felt super comfortable.
What would you suggest before going to try 100m? train couple first to 75 and then 100?
anyway, thanks a lot for your video's. hope one day i can train with you and share my knowledge of meditation with you.

Depends on your time frame. Ideally you want to progress with smaller steps, might be next one can be 60 meters, then 70, 80 and so on.
You also should slow down, if new PB feel hard. For example, if you do 75 and it feels very hard, don't try 80 next time. Stop with the progress and try to find out what you can improve in your technique instead.
Make technique your priority and distance increase as a result of it.
      Hope it helps ;)
And yes, would love to learn more about meditation :)
