Love to see you back! You talked about health regen in this video and I was wondering how does health regen and permanent damage work? for example, is there a way to shut down the enemies health regen? and do certain moves always give permanent damage? which ones etc.?
Each character can regen a specific amount of health after being hit (usually 250), no matter how they took the damage. So if I hit Maul twice as Luke (so 260 damage) he'll regen start regenerating his health after a certain delay (again it differs between heroes), until he reaches 250 above the lowest his health has been this match (in this case if he was full health originally, then he would regen to 740). Hope this helps!

Honestly Maul vs Rey (on a high level) is very map dependant since the fight zones vary alot. Like here for example on Kamino I'd say this favours rey alot since maul can barely use his spin without leaving the fight zone and generally has less room to move which means alot more opportunities for rey to use her only damadge ability, the dash strike into 2 or 3 hits which is devastating to maul. Also 3 dodges vs 2 is generally very bad for the person with 2 dodges in a confined space due to hooks and genrally faster movement. In an open space theres quite a few things maul can do to pretty easily win the duel vs rey. Also if you know the timing of when to frame the dashstrike, a full frametrap combo from maul or just a frametrap in general is very bad for rey plus you can farm easy saber throw damadge if rey uses a dumb dashstrike giving a maximum of 2 saber throw hits in addition ot a spin attack at the end.

I only have one friend on PlayStation that we are both king of offense and our duels go exactly like the first clip back and forth it’s really fun but everyone else just just holds block and takes there sweet time just to ability spam Ik how to deal with them buts it’s just boring overall that players don’t know how to play good mix of offense and defense so seeing clips like these is fun
