So in the first video clip of Colin Albert talking about beating up the Advantage kids there's a very noticeable pimple on the right side of Colin's forehead that isn't present in the other video which seems to be pretty solid evidence that two videos were likely made at least a few days apart. Not that it's crucially important either way but Colin said it the two videos may have been taken on the same day despite the change of clothes. But the pimple would suggest that's highly unlikely.
I don't even understand what the Common Wealth's claiming Karen Read did. I mean, John O'keefe existed her vehicle, walked behind her car and then when he got 20 or 30 feet behind her car she threw it in reverse and accelerated to 30-40 miles per hour and John just stood there and got hit? Makes no sense. If John got out of the car to go into the house at 34 Fairview, he would've made a B-line into the house to get out of the cold, not stood or walked behind the car and then stood there as Karen accelerated in reverse towards him, striking him before speeding away and then waking up a few hours later and going out searching for him and then becoming absolutely hysterical when she found him dead on the Albert's lawn. Makes no sense to me. Then you add all the strange behavior and anomalies of the Albert's and friends and shoddy investigation, sounds to me like a frame up to protect the Albert's. And it's clear to me the Albert's and friends have prepared intensely for their testimonies and are trying very hard to come across almost as if they're bored or slightly disinterested as to avoid looking nervous or having a guilty conscious which to me comes across as though they've practiced appearing natural and relaxed. But we'll see how it all shakes out I suppose. God bless.
It's absolutely ridiculous! She never hit him. If a suv had hit him, it would have run him over. It would not have catapulted him 12 feet from the curb. Not to mention, the suv would have gone over the curb. That would have caused damage.
I don't think they have said... and they will have to... but it's clear from her actions that night/morning that she knew something had happened to him and that she was involved. My guess is she was really drunk/moment of anger/didn't realize she'd hurt him so badly - some combination of those factors. I think he went under the car. People spouting the conspiracy theories about him being killed entering the house and this massive conspiracy should be ashamed.
with snow on the ground even a light dusting if somone hit the gas hard in reverse ,I can see it moving fast only spinning the tires and sliding sideways..
There are so many facts that exonerate Karen Read. It's preposterous that she's even on trial. O' Keefe clearly has wounds consistent with being beaten in a fight. He was also attacked by a dog. If that judge comes back and rules Collin can't be considered as a potential suspect in the death of O' Keefe, she is complicit in a crime.
Atty. Jackson put so much evidence in front of the judge about Colins tempermant , violent disposition , thuggish ,vulgar, threatening language , the bruised knuckles lies , that she would look incompetent and biased not to allow the 3rd party defense . I wish the defense could have found one victim / witness of a Colin beat down complete with medical records of the broken nose and black eyes that Colin gave him ..... that would have ' iced the cake for the defense !
Let me help you because it’s apparent you’re not paying attention, he was not attacked by a dog. Those were cuts from the glass that he left the restaurant with. A dog does not cut the skin it tears the skin or punctures the skin from a bite. And the blood DNA specialist said there was no DNA from a dog found in his blood, He was cheating on Karen and she was mad and they were fighting a month before she killed him. They were all drinking that night. She got mad and ran him over. He had bruising all over his stomach. It was swollen and distended, and she hit him so hard that he fell landed on the back of his skull and his brain began to bleed!! let’s not forget that she admitted to hitting him not once not twice but three times and five people heard it and then that morning when she found him, she said it was all her fault!! She is guilty and this defense team are a bunch of bullies trying to save her. I hope she gets the maximum sentence.
