TIP: heat the hose in hot water instead of flame, more manageable & heats up more completely/evenly instead of stressing the hose causing a weak point due to uneven heating. if you flame it, the outside of the hose heats faster than the inside, you know, the part that needs to fit the onto the nipple. HEAT depth of nipple (approx: 0.5-1" from end of hose)

For 100 bucks they sound loud with a nice tone, if you complain about them not being loud then go and get HornBlasters kit they sound extremely loud but you'll be out 600-1000 bucks.

Do they have decibel limits for car horns that make it illegal or is it just noise in general for honking in quiet zones?
