    A los edificios considerados históricos o "clásicos" como tú los llamas sí se les hacen obras de mantenimiento y conservación y restauraciones y rehabilitaciones (reformas que conservan su valor artístico, histórico o arquelógico). Que conserven ese carácter histórico no significa que no se hayan "reformado"
