Thank you for your content. I am so happy to have found someone who reads as much as i do. I read around 1200 words per minute and my family thinks i am weird. So glad to see another fast reader in the world :)
Definitely NOT weird! At least not in a bad way ;) Always feels good to know you aren't alone. Hope you've been reading some good books this year.
So pretty! Why didn't you use The Ministry of Time for your ABC challenge?
I have another M book I’m saving that spot for 😏😏😏 good catch tho!!
I have been meaning to read Jade City by Fonda Lee... in case that will help for J...?
Yes, that is definitely on my TBR. I may save it for 2025, our book club selection this month starts with a J, woo!
for the J you can also read Just for the summer
I’m not the biggest fan of contemporary romance but if you have any fantasy or sci fi J recs send them my way 🤗
@@stemsandpages Juniper & Thorn by Ava Reid maybe??
it is a horror retelling i think tho woops
I also have The Jinn Bot of Shantiport on my TBR. We shall see but thank you for the recs. Keep them coming 🫶
What did you think of Leave the World Behind?
I hadn’t seen the movie but I was aware of the plot going in and I thought it was interesting, BUT I really disliked Amanda. In short, I get what the author was trying to do, I just wish he had done more with it
@@stemsandpages agreed. The book was a great idea w poor execution. The movie was better!
I do like the actors in the movie. I may need to watch next time I’m hanging out with someone with a Netflix account 😆😆
feel free to delete this comment if you don't want the self promo here, but I have a book coming out next month with a title that starts with J! I'm being vague because the official announcement isn't coming out until this Friday lol, but it could help with your alphabet challenge if you can't find anything else
Perfect!!!! Where will you be making the announcement?
