- I absolutely love shopping for my babies - it doesn't get less fun and exciting, even with the 9th! Today I'm sharing with you the things I've bought for Baby Girl - as well as some random thoughts on barefoot babies, elastic and ruffles on girl clothes, and repurchasing for subsequent babies.

Love your videos! Just so you know, I think the audio is a little messed up. It might just be me, but on your most recent couple of videos the audio only works on the left and not on the right. Not sure if it’s something on your end or my end!

I love how you gush over the haul - so cute - my last baby is now 14 months and I love all the clothes
Funnily enough, i usually buy my boys a lot of clothing from the girls section that can pass for neutral and my girl wore many things from the bys section that passed for neutral as well. Essentially, i shop for both at both and buy what i find is appropriate. I do go for very toned down styles, definitely no trucks and dinosaurs and very few florals
I Had a long skinny baby and now I have a short chunky baby, most the clothes don't fit, and I get to enjoy the baby clothes shopping all over again❤️💖❤️💖❤️💖❤️

I do love a ruffle bum on pants but they’re not touching skin so they don’t bother them as much. Especially in the crawling stage 🥰🥰
I'm with you on the ruffles, gathering, elastic stuff.
My baby loooved being barefoot. It's very cold on the floor right now (Natural Stone, no floor heating) but still, next to the wood stove, She gets half an hour at least of free toes per day. If necessary on the sheepskin.
Such a cute haul!! I'm six weeks along (deep in the trenches of nausea and exhaustion). I can't wait to find out their gender and go shopping! But, my babies never wear newborn size. Sadly, I give birth to mammoths! 😂

Honestly not sure I'd buy any newborn size clothes for a baby, honestly.
I didn't think I would either since I was over my due date so I only got a handful of nb and then needed more my baby is just turning 3 mo and is now outgrowing most of her nb although nb diapers she grew out of at 2 mo

I skipped newborn and bought 0 to 3 months.
I have winter babies and the snug fit of newborn gave me so much more confidence my baby was warm enough in those first weeks. He was born at over 41 weeks and wore newborn for weeks. You don't need much, but the newborn long sleeve onesies were 100% worth it to me.

My baby came out too big for nb clothes and diapers😞 My older son wore them for like 6 weeks!
Yup. That's really common.
@@thebestwillow I know. I was just bummed to not have the tiny nb. And I had bought a bunch because my older son wore them for a while and I always wished I had more nb sizes for him
I'm the opposite, everyone says not to buy much newborn and I had to go out and get more lol planning for that this time around
@@alexandriavr6665 I’d say get them just in case because you never know how big baby will be. I can save them for foster babies because they tend to be on the small side.
My babies are born regular size but grow very quickly. My mil always buys the most expensive clothes (like close to $100 for a single set) in size nb! I always tell her to get bigger sizes and she says she can't help it, she must get the tiny stuff 😂😂 she ends up feeling bad and getting them more stuff in bigger sizes, too.
