It's so wild seeing there's so many podcasts based on shows I used to watch or just the people I used to watch as a kid.
Josh Peck goes on a billion of them and has his own, the Ned's Declassified cast has one, Dave Coulier runs a Full House one too? This is how I want my nostalgia, it doesn't need repackaging in any way, just hearing and seeing how these people really are is enough.
Just give me a spot to watch the old content, and a podcast to unwind with.

Dave, there's a song from Full House season 8 episode 18, the song is called "Longing for love" it's really nice, sung by John Stamos. In the show it was performed by "Hot Daddy & the monkey puppets". It's really loved by fans! Can you ask John if it's been performed as a full song and if it was ever recorded anywhere or was it just the snippets we heard on the show (it's like a little over a minute so there's gotta be more. As a professional musician myself, musically speaking it's gorgeous, beautiful harmonies, beautiful melody. Could you please be a pal & ask John Stamos about it? We love you Dave *hug*. Danny never really spoke about his sports reporter days after he got Wake Up San Francisco. His access to the Giants and 49ers must’ve been incredible. I wonder how many games he and Pam took DJ and Stephanie to.

Josh asked Dave some amazing questions, and Dave’s answers were too short for me! I really wanted him to share much more (especially with the question about how the character of Joey evolved over the 8 seasons of Full House!) I’ll have to add some questions for the Q & A next time. For example, I want to know more about how Jackie Gleason’s comedy inspired Dave’s. I love that Dave does Q & A. Also, Josh is wonderful! Loved him on Fuller House and Gramdfathered!

This was a really great episode. Josh is one of my favorite people on Nickelodeon I was obsessed with Drake and Josh when I was younger. I honestly had no idea he was in Oppenheimer.
You didn't know he was in Oppenheimer? He had the most important job of pressing the activator.
@@osaji922 that was the abort button. He didn’t press it. They literally said three times, “If anything goes wrong, you hit that button and abort. Got it?” Then shows him hovering his finger in a closeup but never pressing it.

I'm sorry I love Full House & Fuller House but I may have to bow out. I thought this was a recap or commentary type show like Talkville (Smallville rewatch podcast) this is more of just an interview show with some people involved & other semi-involved.
I may check on more occasionally & wish you luck with this for those who are enjoying it. I will say though, kudos to having Lori Laughlin come on. Talkville hasn't had Allison Mack due to her background (to be fair Allison had a much more serious issue)
I mean, Dave has to interview other people as well. If he only interviewed the cast, there would only be how many interviews? Not many. I actually enjoyed this. Very interesting podcast
@@foreverme3078 I was expecting a rewatch show like like Talkville or the Sopranos one. With a name like Full House Rewind that's what it sounds like. If it were advertised as an interview show like "Weekly Talks with Uncle Joey" or something like that I wouldn't have expected the rewatch part of it. It's just not my show, I tried to watch but I never watched Josh and Drake, I don't follow a lot of stand up comedians (like one of his last guests) so when he does an interview with people I've never heard about or have any interest in it does dampen my opinion on the show.
And interviewing an actor, writer or director about each episode wouldn't be as hard discussing the actual episode. Like Jodie Swewden can talk about what she remembers being so young and have new discussions when she gets older on the show.

I always put Josh Peck in the category of "super talented actors I love watching, but for some odd ball reason, they don't get any gigs anymore. I wish I saw them more". That kind of a category. There are other actors I put in this category but I can't think of them right now.
Edit***Oh wait, one just came to me. Katt Williams is one. I love Katt but we rarely got to saw him through the years.
I feel like there is a force that is unknown to the public that keeps really talented actors from working anymore.

I don't understand why this podcast is called full house rewind? you barely talk about the episode then have guest who has nothing to do with show. Look at successful rewind podcast like Office Ladies and Talkville a smallville rewatch pod. They watch they episode then break it down give thoughts on the characters add tidbits of BTS and have fans write in questions. I get maybe not enough in the episode to breakdown but maybe do 2 episodes in 1 pod. I wanted to like this but its just using the full house name and ignoring the episodes completely.

The podcast leans heavy on the production side of Full House and not really reviewing the episodes, and the careers of the production staff. Not every podcast has to sit down and review a episode. Also, what's wrong with having actors outside of a show that it isn't associate with? They could be Full House fans who wants to share their love of the show.
