    Hi Paul, looking great for May. Easy to see where the Devil Fig gets its name from. The white sapotes definitely thrive there. Loving the progress on your jaboticabas 👍

      G'day Brett, thanks mate.
      You noticed the jabo growth! They are quiet achievers in the background but hopefully be the stars if the show ine day. Cheers Brett

    Wow very cool, never seen a devil fig before, very interesting to see an aubergine grafted onto it! Your bacon avocado looks great, can't wait to see how the fruit turns out.
    Your white sapote trees look beautiful and the jaboticaba hedge is really starting to come along 👍

      Thanks Joe! In the video I mentioned I would give away the devil fig but now I will keep it st a smaller size and graft only 3 or 4 eggplants onto it and maybe a tomato. Cheers

    I’m looking at getting the Kampong White Sapote as it’s self fertile & I only have the space for one tree. Does it taste as good as the other varieties & does it crop well?

    • @UrbanBounty
      @UrbanBounty  4 месяца назад +1

      Hello yes to both, it is delicious and it crops well although the fruit is of a smaller size.
      You will need to be patient as it takes about 5 years to bear fruit unless you can find an advanced one on gumtree or marketplace, I bought mine very advanced.
      You can search up a video where George from Real Life Fruitopia came to my place and tasted my Kampong.
      Cheers
