Good, but you left out the step where you need to use a flamethrower to heat up all the LocTite packed into the center brace screws. Seriously, they flood that area with superglue or something and though the screw head is large, it'll strip anyway. This is only half a joke, because if those heads strip, you're gonna have a bad time. Mine had about 3 gallons of some adhesive in it.
Thinking of buying this since my e revo 1/16 breaks alot and inhyste to work on my cars. Ive heard this car is very hard to work and i want to know tour opinion on it since it makes me hesitate to buy it :/
It's tough and durable but working on it is tedious...the screws in particular are a bit irritating to remove on the shock tower for center brace. But it's fun to drive for sure
@@RakishRcoh okay thanks! I’ve heard about esc problems. Do you think my e revo 1/16 esc would fit? I think it’s about 1cm longer than the mjx esc and a bit higher but I’m not sure
My top brace screws are so tight its like the poured a bottle of loc tite in each end. I have no idea how ill get this thing apart 😢 such a shame because it runs fantastic. Just got it a few hours ago and what a let down when i go-to take it apart.
Bro how did you got that silicon oil in 850 i am getting it for 16$ + i need to pay jn dollars so extra charges. Please tell me how did you order in 850
What metal upgrade are you talking about ? If you mean metal control arms (A-arms) then no, they're a bad idea. Metal arms will cause damage to your diff housing in a crash. You need to be specific, there's more than 1 metal upgrade so I have no idea what you're asking .
Thank you sir very helpful video cause im getting this same truggy they say 500k diff oil on the front and rear really makes a big improvement on this particular model.✌️🇺🇸🔥
Didn't know the earlier models came woth Philips screws. Mine are all hex.
@@anthonylim5120 yes the new version are shipped with hex screws.

Thanks for the guide. What ESC are you using? And does it have less delay than the stock ESC?

Question: is the metal upgrade a good thing to get for the hyper go h14bm?

This is going to be a pain in the ass
Removing the shock tower to separate the top diff cover screws is the most annoying part
True that. Im litterally going to get arthritus conquering this one..how long will this diff remain in the bag

Who says that? That's really thick, probably won't turn after adding that. I'm running 30k and I think it's too thick
What do you think about 15k @@brandjayfab
@@brandjayfabyeah, 500k is insane in a truck this size. I'd go 15 in front 20 in rear.
Rear differential is easy to breaks
Is it? Will check on that as I run the truck some more
How was your experience with the diffs?
