You have a team of Koreans, a team of Japanese, a team of Venezuelan, one of Cubans, one of Americans (called the Buenos Aires Shankees, instead of Yankees). So playing in the league is a pretty unique experience.

And by now even most of the smaller Teams do have American Football goal posts here. But in the 70s and 80s when those were not available the german Football rulebook allowed Teams to simply adjust plastik, wood or metal pipes to soccer goals, using the soccer cross bar to complete the DIY goal. By that, the goals were a bit wider and the cross bar a bit lower than normal but it made kicking game possible. I was wandering wether they were doing the same in China but I could not discover any similar constructions in the film. Anyone else who knows for sure?
