    I’ve been prospecting with a local chapter of a worldwide club for the last few months. It’s like pulling teeth to get everyone to go on a ride together. “Brotherhood” is just one of those loosely used words these days.

      If you’re not riding what are ya doing? I just got my first bike at 52 and it’s a dual sport so I’m trying to ride daily. Just assumed MC’s rode a bunch

    • @glidearkansas
      @glidearkansas 4 года назад

      Steve Felt that’s awesome! I will have another dual sport one day. Personally, I ride everywhere, even to the grocery store. Not everyone is that way in a club. I have learned that there are still fair weather riders within. It’s just a look and a status to some. I’m hoping our new bylaws will take care of some of this. If you’re in an MC, no one should have to twist your arm to get you to come ride. Ride safe!

    I have been in the club world for over 20+ yrs I have taken part in defense fundraisers when I believe in the person who is being accused of something but no yet proven. I don't base it on club I base it on the person. The brotherhood in my club is a beautiful thing but I can only speak of my club. I have seen a lot of propaganda among the law enforcement community towards the biker community a good example is the Twin Peaks shooting, and the out come cases dropped but if you had listened to law enforcement & Waco's DA it was all the clubs fault, Interesting how you didn't hear much on the undercover cop that was in the club that showed up to a event they where never apart of. There where a lot of innocent folks but to listen to the Cops & DA everyone was guilty. So when it comes to Propaganda it's out there not just with clubs but law enforcement to... Just my .02

    • @FingersFew
      @FingersFew  4 года назад +7

      John O - I have criticized law enforcement's handling in Waco. However, I do not believe they created the problem but did not stop the problem they knew existed. That was compounded by the prosecution trying to stuff shit back into the horse.
      Please don't assume I'm saying this is a one size fits all either. I know there clubs out there that are in for the right reasons. If you have found such a club for 20 plus years, that's great. The content I post is from my experiences, and things I've seen first hand.

    What the Constitution comment is inferring is your 1st Amendment rights don't mean squat when you are given the
    choice to take a "cut" off or take a beating and have it taken. It happens. THAT is the real world. BTW, I'm ex-Navy

      First, thank you for your service. I understand that people's rights don't mean squat in face of someone who doesn't care about other people's rights. That's one of of my points in the video. The Brits didn't care what rights we wanted so we shot them. I feel the same for anyone who tries to trample on my rights. Yes, there are those not willing to stand up for themselves. That's why we have cops or on a larger scale, a military. I''ve always said ""you have the right to protest, I reserve my right to counter protest." Thanks for watching and commenting.

    The problem you have fingers, is that you never have had a real insight in 1% MCs. You don't know what it's like to be targeted over and over for stuff you never did or get twice the sentence than normal when you actually end up in court. You have never been observed or followed by police all day and then charged for some minor bs like starting to quickly at the green light just because you aren't the cocaine kingpin the want you to be and get frustrated over it.
    You don't know what you are talking about. Of course you have had an insight on what club life looks like and the problems they deal with, but you have never been an actual member and therefore comments like "blaming it on everyone but themselves" are more than insulting. Your so called "badged brothers" are actively starting fire between clubs just to get them arrested or laws passed. Just as it happened in Germany, Denmark and Sweden.

Myself as a Veteran understand it. There may be individuals who have grown up with close friends all their lives. They understand it. Bringing a bunch of adult males under one patch is piece meal brotherhood at best. Put 20 men who are strangers in a room and they probably won’t agree on more than 50% of any subject. That ain’t brotherhood. That’s a club. Be it motorcycles, rod and gun club, politics, or whatever else you can think of. Great content as usual. Ride Safe. 👍

However certain groups want preferential treatment, or they want an excuse why their wrongdoing should be exempt from punishment. Look people screw up, in many cases due to lobbyist for private prisons, the court system etc the sentences are more severe than they should be, however there still needs to be punishment as a deterrent as well as personal responsibility. But let's face it when many of are elected officials are the true scum of society the rest of the population expects the same free pass and sadly children witness what politicians do and think it's okay behavior. It's a vicious cycle and until intelligence and decency make a comeback it's not going to change.

      I do still do have contact with a lot of people who were affected by several of my club infiltrations. I recently laughed to myself because I was looking through some of my Facebook friends list and noticed how many former 1%ers or even a few current 1%ers were on the list. Two were former chapter presidents and one a enforcer that was internationally renowned for his level of violence he would inflict for the club.
      As for forgiveness. None needed. Many have thanked me for helping them leave a lifestyle that was counter productive. I certainly don't feel the need to be forgiven and there are some that definitely believe that God forgives but they don't. I'm good with that. I never took the job to make friends. I didn't start this channel to make friends. We all choose a path in life. I have chosen mine and I'll live or die with the consequences.
      Thank you for watching and asking the question. Stay safe and stay healthy.

    Just like everyone in tyour family does not get along, not everyone in the MC brotherhood gets along....I'M sure when you were in law enforcement, you didn't get along with or like everyone. AND for that matter, most Leo's don't think we have constitutional rights.

    • @FingersFew
      @FingersFew  4 года назад

      Well, I do agree that not everyone gets along, no matter the culture (or in this case sub culture).
      I strongly disagree the LEOs don't think anyone doesn't have rights. If that were true, arrest would easily multiple by 100%. There's cameras in everyone's pocket, light post and even door bells in America. This video isn't anti-biker. It's anti propaganda that some (gangs) want you to believe in order to control the bikers who bow down to them. Should the bikers in mass ever buck back, you would see a whole new world in the biker culture. Thank you for watching and commenting in respectful manner.

    First time watched you're channel. The Term "brother" even in blood doesnt mean you have to like them, but you support them, because there you're blood. And if you choose that you're friendship with another is that tight, then its a brotherhood of men. And as we are human not everything or everyone is going to agree, or be the same as you. There's many Clubs who serve the good like B.A.C.A. to. Be nice if it was all cut and dry, but it isnt it seems for some. But thats an opinion from a none mc member.

    Fingers, I got even more questions. Mate I hear what you say I do I struggle when you make generalizations that as you say use that big brush.
    Do you understand that your stance is one that if seen in those terms is one that is as much propaganda?I say this from my understanding, you say that one thing that pertains to the OMC's and that hey let them try and tell you what to wear. When in my eyes here you are standing on that side of the fence. ex Law enforcement. current I don't know and while you have your reasons for that choice that I can have an adversarial respect for. statements like that are hard to swallow when the Government is attempting to make it a crime for a OMC Mongols in fact under RICO to tell them what to wear or more to the point what not to wear? When as you should know it takes all sorts to make up a charter family/ . And while I am NOT a member of said club I don't speak out of skool as it's common knowledge that case.
    Thats just one thing but I am torn somewhat because I also agree with what you say about the current state of clubs esspecially here in Aus.
    However I am also not sure if you realised thatyou say that certain people shouldn't wear or prescribe to the Free ???? stuff. I guess I am different but recently I found myself supporting a friend and a man who'd been instrumemtal in aiding me in my recovery from substance addiction. A member of the club Vagos, A man who I know first hand to have helped many and who is also the first to admit he's had a past. He spent a few years in a federal penatentiary only to be Aquitted along wiht other members this year. Like I ponder over. I hear many things that honestly I agree with however. you do represent like a face of law enforcement that IMO is maybe not intentional. but deceptive?
    As we have been told and by the time youre my age you know the road to hell is paved with Good Intentions.
    I don't know what the solution is but I know this.
    I would rather stand for my morals values and beliefs with likeminded folk that to simply be seen to do so and I too would go out with a bang take a few with me if it came to be.
    I also know that I'd be condemned pubilically and like I'd care but I am trying to ask do you feel you are blurring a message here in what you say and what you represent allbeit on the surface???
    MR mate. I dig the balls...

    • @FingersFew
      @FingersFew  3 года назад +1

      Stixx - It's like this, I don't believe that because a person is in a club or wears a patch that makes a person bad, good, cool or uncool. There's a lot of different people in clubs just like there's plenty of different people in law enforcement. I've seen many undercover cops simple want the position in undercover squads because it holds a certain amount of respect. As I use to ask some of the younger guys, "do you want to be an undercover or play undercover?" I also seen it inside the clubs. They didn't give two shits about motorcycling, brotherhood or anything connected until it benefitted them. It was simply a status symbol.
      I don't think I'm blurring any message. In fact, I think I'm making it VERY clear, if you're in a club fine with me. If you're a criminal that's fine too but don't cry when you lose at the game. As in war, there's no rules. Too many people want to say "he's in a club and that's why the gov is picking on him. I say bullshit for the most part. You bring up the Mongols case. What everyone seems to either forget or deny is the part where the copy right owner of the club gave the copy right over to the feds as part of a plea deal. Was it wrong for the agents and the attorney to do that? Not in my opinion. It's thinking outside the box. If it was truly about going after club patches I can promise you there's a different club that would have been a smarter move to go after to set case law.
      I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond. I've been on the road and haven't had much time to address the channel. Hope things are good over there. Stay safe, stay healthy.

    Hey fingers how can you trust a stranger from the beginning if you don’t know the person haven’t been in a situation where a brotherhood would be needed meaning just saying brother or bro don’t have the same meaning if you didn’t share a situation were you needed to get out of and somebody came to the rescue or a few people came to the rescue then I would change my opinion may call them brother if they save my ass for some reason or in return save their ass for some reason you know where I’m going with this just to say hey brother or a bro there’s no real respect there it has to be earned before you can really mean brother or calling someone bro after getting respect or giving respect two way Street, from a viewer of yours I don’t know you well enough to call you brother sorry to say but we don’t know each other well enough right try to keep it respectful OK fingers get you on the flipside.🕶

    I can never trusy anyone like you. I am not a biker just an old fsrmer but the real 1% er clubs are well liked by us. They may be a bit aloof but I do not get my back up around them. I work cattle and you must be aware of danger and feel it or the farm will kill you. I once encounted a few of the lemc folks and my danger feel went through the roof. I always say howdy and visit with 1%ers when encounter them even the clubs that you alberts say are bad on the other hand I avoid alberts with all I have. Alberts can not be trusted as a rule. Albert = leo

    I like your videos but these are supposed to be outlaws so they should have a mindset that what they are doing is ok Becuase they don't live by society's laws so breaking the law in most instances isn't considered bad and they support them.I mean I would support one of my brother in jail in most instances I been to jail hundreds of times in my youth but in my older age it would depend what they did like selling meth or heroin I would not agree with but other things well that's part of being a outlaw.Government doesn't know best and I find most laws unconstitutional so I live by what I believe is right not the law but of course I learned to play the game in my older age lol anyways not even supposed to like your shi t Becuase your a cop but the club scene so fucked up and your right about the fake brotherhood shit and propaganda that's why I stay as far away from the dominates as I can never know who your drinking a beer with now and they handing out rico acts like skittles.

    Interesting video I enjoyed it however not sure if I understand the bit about the constitution applying to people in back ally's. If I'm walking down an ally in the middle of the night to get home and two guys jump me with knives and demand my money I'm not going to stand there and explain what they are doing is against the constitution because I'm damn sure they're not going to say good point and then walk off. These people have no self respect let alone any respect for the constitution so I'm sure this is the message or argument that certain people put forward when they say there is no constitution in the back streets. We all know that good people stand up and believe in the constitution absolutely no argument there but a drug addict with a knife or a crazy biker with a gun or a rapist do you honestly think the give a damn about rules of any kind. No they don't and that's why we have a prison service. But as sure as day follows night there are people out there and gangs that have no regard for the constitution.

    • @FingersFew
      @FingersFew  4 года назад +3

      The point I'm trying to make is that some motorcycle clubs want you to believe that MC protocol outweighs your constitutional rights and that violating biker protocol is a higher standard due to it's rule of the streets. I understand that on the streets rules, laws don't apply to criminals. Thus the title of the video. Some clubs would rather have you believe the propaganda and give up your rights as to stand up for them. If everyone would use their 2nd admed. right or use law enforcement's powers you would see a steep decline in "biker protocol" ,"street rules" or "law of the jungle" that criminals try to get you to just accept. There are support clubs out there that pay money to dominate, bigger clubs just to exist. They (the smaller clubs) have bought into the propaganda.

    Motorcycle Club...Motorcycle Riding...Motorcycle...Motorcycle? Why do Americans, insist on saying Motorcycle, all the time, rather than just the word Bike? It's the same with Cars, too...Automobile this, Automobile that. Why? It's so old fashioned! You/we, know what a Bike, or a Car, is, so there's NO need to go over the top! I like your vid's, though, Fingers! :o)

    • @FingersFew

      I simply do that because of the way RUclips and other search engines receive the words. If I use "bike" over Motorcycle it's likely to end up in front of people who are more interested in Huffys than Harleys. I did use "biker" in this title though.

    Here's what I know. This is the guy who Thanked that Desert Rat for his service to this country. A guy who got an Other Then Honorable Discharge (I'd be hiding under a rock if people knew I was a scumbag who was throw out of the military like that). How dare you both talk about our men and women in uniform that. On the other hand here is a guy that does not know who he is supporting. You're an ex cop and sure you have your connections still. LOOK UP HIS CRIMINAL RECORD and then tell us all how much you respect and thank him for his service. I loved watching your videos until I heard that out of you. What is the matter with you anyways? You're giving advice to people that will get them hurt. The motorcycle club scene is NOT a safe place or for the weak hearted. Here's a question for you. Would you go out and see the old club you infiltrated? No, because you know the constitution wouldn't help you in that situation and if you say it did you would be lying. You made yourself look bad by giving that dude the time of day and disrespected everyone of us that served. Marine 1st Recon Bn 1st Marine Division if you want to throw out there about serving this country

    • @FingersFew

      Doc - No I don't do background checks on people anymore. I'm retired. I treat people the way I want to be treated. My advice is that which is honest. I have never lived my life acting as a victim. I don't teach people to act as a victim as well. You're right, the club scene isn't for the weak. If you or anyone else prefers to kiss ass to save yourself from a beat down, then that's your choice. As for the clubs I infiltrated, yes i see members from those clubs all the time. Doc I don't hide. In fact I'm easy to find. Yes, I know I hurt some feelings by speaking out on here. So much, I was contacted by the feds that stated I'm pissing some club members off and I should be aware. I still go to bike shows, rallies and other type of bike events. Do I go to their parties and support them? No. As for me looking bad by subjecting myself to an interview please understand this, I respect Mr. Jines' truthfulness, his way of living. Yet, it's not for me. Yes I'm a huge supporter of our military. In fact the money this channel makes (it's not much) is donated to veteran causes. I put my money where my mouth is, have put in trigger time and will continue stating the truth. If that offends you, I can only suggest you go watch channels that tell you what you want to hear.

      Cut the guy some slack, he had no way of knowing about the dude.
      It's left to people who know those guys with an OTH/BCD to treat OTH shitbags like the trash they are if we know and encounter them.
      His options were be disrespectful to someone on the slight off chance that he could be right, or most likely look like an asshole if the high odds of him being wrong came to be. Or he could just be respectful and maybe give undue respect, he erred on the side of not looking like a dick since he didn't know the exact situation.
