MRL 4313 (Montana Rail Link) Powers a BNSF Coal in Fort Worth

This was the BNSF C-EBMSLP an NRG energy coal train from Eagle Butte Mine, Wyoming to Smithers Lake Power Plant in Thompsons, Texas. MRL 4313 is from the Montana Rail Link, a private class II railroad, which has since been absorbed into BNSF as of January 1st, 2024. This was one of only 16 SD70ACes delivered to MRL. There's no telling how long until BNSF repaints this into their traditional orange paint scheme. This was along the BNSF Fort Worth Sub at milepost 341.1 (W Seminary Dr.) on 8-19-2024 at 8:11 PM.Thanks for watching!
