🤣 5:26 ... So funny, Snow White and her curious students! I can kind of relate, when we went on missions to Zambia & Zimbabwe, the young children were also super curious, touching and feeling as they could reach. Because water was limited (so was hair washing days too) I realised braiding my hair was a win win for all of us... they could touch and explore while most of my hair would be kept neat😅🎉
I got a kick out of your pronunciation choices...especially the WATER choice. I've had this thought in the past, watching your photography video's Courtney, as the word water comes up often, within 'waterfalls' or if your talking about a stream. Our American/Canadian choice to you sounds like wa(d)er as you explained, but from our perspective the 'wat' is the same but the end 'er' is different. Nonetheless, as Canadian, I love the UK/British accent, and have no issues (so far in understanding every word. Oddly, I had an uncle that came from Wales some decades ago, and I just couldn't understand what he was saying for the most part, so I assume there must be an 'old school' Welsh accent perhaps? Anyway, trying to catch up on your video's...have a great day!
Thanks for watching! Let me know if you'd like the 16 teaching tips timestamped too for easier viewing!
Whatever the subject, your videos are so well made!
Came here for the photography vids but as a former language teacher I find your Korean teaching experiences just as fascinating!
