She runs so fast now !!! Instead of telling her not to run, you could tell her to walk. I'm a retired teacher, and know that it's better to tell a child what TO do, instead of telling them what NOT to do. You can tell her to tell her feet to , "Walk feet". This way, her concentration is on telling her feet to obey her, and not on trying to get somewhere faster. This idea worked for me for many years !!
