Since im not aware of the company they had contract with who built the car wash i cant tell you exact number but you May need to be prepared to pay $50k-110/120k for the main car wash System and setup. All the property and the asphalt + beton solutions with signs etc. Will cost you in total with everything Around $190-300k. Yes it May be very different by this Owner since maybe he already had the property owned and the car wash company made it cheaper than usual - we dont know but Around that it might cost.
