This is a question not a statement but is having two different forms of water pick up a good idea , i would think the flow might be different from one side to the next . Would it be more efficient if you had a dual pick up rudder or two transom mounted pick ups but not a combination of the two ?
When you get your new lipos do you charge them up first then discharge them with your charger it's what I do and I also put more amps in my lipos to get more power out of my lipos
Have you ever experimented with an unlimited hydro rear wing yet? Why don't hydros these days use them anymore? Would it affect top speed handling too much?
The right side get s hotter because it's under we r more strain if you run the boat in the opposite direction the left motor will be hotter guaranteed.

That transom pickup is plenty deep if it was kinked and still keeping it cool doing ovals!
Hmm, maybe run the loop a little bigger so that tube has room to flex? I had the same issue mounting the Flycolor 70A with that loop it has 👍

Have you tried putting a smaller spring inside the tube? I don’t know, that may restrict the flow to much. Just thought.

Maybe try running figure 8's. LOL. Or possibly do a few laps in opposite directions. Both drivelines should get the same workout. Cheers!

If you cut a sliver out of a coke can and put it under the spring, it will eliminate that kink in the hose

Your absolutely right, I did that test with my DF29 twin mono, right turns right side got hot, left turns left got hot.
