I sometimes wonder , now that I have MPC beats (I inherited a small Akai mpk mini) if I’d be farther along than now than I am with Native Instruments and Maschine, but both DAWs & systems and controllers are powerful and have good and bad qualities imho
I use Pro Tools and just got an MK 3. Is there a way to open a stereo instrument track and have it so that when i make a beat on the Mk3, the midi gets drawn into the track? Im struggling to find info on this. Thank you!!
Plz help- To OP and anyone knowledgeable on Maschine -- (I have the Mk3 ) . Whenever i try to load more than one bank, my PC freezes, just totally crashes with a frozen screen . Im currently running windows 10
Native Instruments get tons of money from their software (Kontakt/Maschine) + all different hardware. Still they won't spend money to update or improve Maschine software so that it can compete with other DAWs.
Right they never improve or update anything once in a while the software, but I think they’re heading down a different road now smaller devices are selling better.

You should join the club it's just $30 you get 100,000 samples and I can call or do zoom or phone camera chats to help with any problems.

28:55 you actually used replaced empty not erased bcoz you shift. shift means you using mode that read under button if there is
Lock States on linear Time Line in Patterns Scenes Song Mode or Clips ? It's not that hard but it's very useful.

Can these pads lights be turned off and only alluminated per use to the touch, or by sounds on pads
You have to go to sound setting and adjust to the way you want.

That's weird that should work you're just trying to record MIDI.

I like the Maschine workflow too.
