I also ran into this when assembling my grail. Ended up adding a video to my channel to explain that step. Long story short - what I did at least was loosen the bolt, push the seat as far forward as it would go, and then apply gradually increasing pressure down on the front of the seat. The goal was to use the seat as a sort of lever to try and get the piece that should be rotating to get unstuck. It worked, but it required some strength, patience, and a fair bit of courage that nothing will break.
@@mattia_pastore whoops - I thought it already was. I didn't manage to record myself actually getting it unstuck, but my explanation is there, and it's timestamped in the description. ruclips.net/video/Zp7SPciQQhI/видео.html
@@SingleDaySummits awesome, thank you. I just tried it and it worked super easy like that, altough for a milisecond I thought I broke the whole thing 😂
@@mattia_pastore that's awesome, I'm glad it worked! Yea I had the panic moment too - I heard a loud "crack" and thought I broke it, but it was just the dried assembly paste getting unstuck lol.
Ich kann beim Setup meine Hinterachse nicht vom Schaltauge lösen. Es ist als hätte man die Achse viel zu fest angezogen bzw. als würde sie klemmen. Weiß jemand wie ich das lösen kann?
What tools did you use to assemble the bike other than the one that comes out of the box, I’m referring mainly to the brands I saw you used the digital wrench and another tightened
HOW DO I PUT THE CHAIN ON first time bike buyer... rear wheel came attached, installed front wheel, cockpit, etc... but have no experience on installing/losening chain... Its not in the guide!
I'm really confused about the saddle. If you have to stick it in, how do you adjust the height in future? You can't be telling me it has to be perfect?!
You can loosen the screw and then adjust the height of the seat post. Feel free to contact us via the contact form, the Chat or by phone, if you have any questions. 😊
Be careful when assembling the cockpit. What is not shown in the video is that there are little plastic pins on each spacer that connecting them. Make sure there are al in place and properly connected otherwise they will break if you tighten the head screw.
The 400mm bar needs to be a choice when ordering it..
or even less. I'm a 192cm rider and ride 36cm bars on my road bike... I think a good flare but narrow tops is optimal for gravel
Definitely it’s putting me off ordering
can we get a video on how to tilt the (stuck) seatpost please?

You should make a video on swapping the bars too since we have to do it ourselves 😅
