Really transperantive and informative job, But It is unfortunate that the administration should start working only after the decision is taken by the commissioner. It is necessary to take strict action against the officer who is deliberately negligent and rude.

Right to information is a joke being played at the expense of the taxpayer. I myself filed 12 RTI application. In two I never got any reply from pio or FAA. No penalty. No punishment. Section 19 of RTI act is a joke. Useless. When it comes to courts, courts don't want to be questioned through RTI.
Oral hearing is a must for information seekers or option can be given to them.There must be amendment in dismissing appeals and no power should be given to SIC to dismiss appeal without hearing whatever defficiency come up in filing must be rectified on first hearing date.
My second appeal against MUHS Nashik is also pending with Nashik Bench of State Information Commission since 14/10/2016. Justice delayed is justice denied. Do something for speedy disposal of such appeals. Thanks !

साहेब, खात्याचे अधिकारी माहिती अधिकार खाली अर्ज आले नंतर कागदपत्र काढुन ठेवतात ल तपासणी घेणेस सांगतात मग मागणी केलेले पेपर मिळत नाहीत. आणि ऊत्तर असे असते की धारीकेत पेपर नाहीत. अशी मोडस ऑपरेंडी आहे.

On Maharashtra State Government's Chief Infomation Commissioner's blog, this facility is defunct. It is impossible to file a second appeal online on this blog. Similarly, there is another facility on your blog, to know the position of filed second appeal, its hearing date etc, not only with your office but also with Offices of other State Information Commissioners of Maharashtra. It further says that any decision given by Information Commissioner can be downloaded. Nothing is possible on your site as stated in above paragraphs, such as knowing the position of the hearing date of the second appeal, to download the decision of the second appeal by State Information Commissioner, etc. Kindly take remedial measures to improve these facilities on your blog. In the 13minute the applicant is asking for punishment to pio for delebretly not providing info, even law has provision allow so.
