Im from ireland just recently came across your channel ,i understand wanting to keep healthy, in regards to seed oils there is extensive research carried out on seed oils (so many creators seem to hate seed oils) they are not inflammatory they are heart healthy and play a big role in helping reduce heart diease the worlds number 1 killer, the science is available online.

U should of kept the zucikinis sliced them put them in the lasanga great fpr the taste with cheese and fliur and butter is is a great white sauce also put chicken stock and garlic and shallots for taste...or green onions...over in America...❤❤❤

Hi! We decided to do a dry rub and mix in a good mustard, some garlic, and a little honey. Slow roasting in the oven for about 3-4 hours at about 200 degrees. I researched, and I think slow roasting will be the best. I may change things, but I will share a recipe and video. Using these for bone broth or puppy treats is a great idea!
