Hey man he's on the other side of the world and he's running the company pretty much by himself and developing updates. I just got a mini 6 a few days ago and with some reading and studying I've mostly figured it out. Just follow the supermode guide to open the text files on the device. Paint audio uses text-based scripts to write code to the device, which use similar formatting to all other midi devices. Other people seem to be using them with no problem. These are quality devices- but a GUI could be of help for some users. To be honest though the simplicity and control of programming MIDI through text is probably the most efficient option but syntax could also be a problem for people who arent used to stuff like that. He did explain everything quite well actually just some of the information is on the webpage for the device too. Good luck.
@@agharta42 to lead a one man company could be hard, but it can’t justify not answering multiple emails or those (desperate) comments I’m leaving on his RUclips videos. I’ve already programmed my Mini6 and it works well for controlling my device. The problem is that I need to change Mini6 pages with another midi pedal, and it doesn’t work. The only time Wilson answered me he told me that t I’ve to use cc20, but ilota not working for me. I’ve a master midi pedal wich I use for controlling my rig scenes, and I want to use the Mini6 for some effects that I’ve to turn on/off . And I want that for each scene the Mini 6 load a specific Page. A pretty simple thing, that just doesn’t work. And Mr. Wilson could solve my problem just taking a minute to answer my messages. I see that is working hard updating the Midi Captain, but after sale assistance should be also a priority, don’t you believe?
Please Wilson, answer my email about Mini 6. How can you sell your products and then don’t give any type of after sale assistance ?
