BOPIS INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 Kilo Pork Lungs, Cooked and Sliced
* 1/4 cup cooking oil
* 1/4 cup margarine or butter
* 1 tbsp grated ginger
* 1 tbsp minced garlic
* 1/2 cup onion diced
* 1 stack lemon grass
* 3 pcs bay leaf
* 2 chopped long chili, red or green
* 1/2 cup oyster sauce
* 1/4 cup seasoning
* 1/2 small sachet of seasoning granules
* 1/4 cup vinegar
* 1 small slim pineapple juice 240 mL
* 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
* 1/4 cup pickle relish
* 1/4 annato oil
* 1 tbsp garlic salt
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 pork cube
* dash of cayenne pepper
