Quick reminder, Alexander is voiced by Yuri Lowenthal (Peter Parker, Yosuke Hanamura and Sasuke Uchiha) and Robert is voiced by Cam Clark (Kratos Aurion, Leonardo from TMNT and Liquid Snake)
I saw this movie in theaters! I remember thinking it was so epic!! I was haunted by the Cheese Curls for years. The reason it looks worse is because Jonah literally bankrupted Big Idea.
Of course, they are also, could you guys try a movie I used to watch as a kid it’s called Igor, and it is practically Taylor made for you free to review it

Watching the audio commentary in this era of the show is very telling, and very sad. In the older ones, Phil and Mike were just having fun talking about the animation goofs and whatever fun thing came to mind. Like during the Grapes of Wrath segment, Mike commented that it looked like Dad Asparagus was whacking Junior in the head with his own head. Phil responded: "Well that's how vegetables spank their children. 'Alright son, this will hurt me more than it hurts you, and I do mean that literally'." Also during Rack Shack and Benny's commentary, I'm pretty sure Phil joked that the episode was like an anti capitalism propaganda video, and maybe Bob is secretly communist too. During this era, the creators were being pushed around and made to water down their creativity by the new owners. Phil was gone from the project, since he was off doing JellyTelly. The Pirates film was actually one of his last credited writing roles, and even that was comstrained. Sometimes, during this era, they had producers who would come in on the commentary and yammer on about how great and inspiring the videos were for little boys and girls. At one point in Noah's Umbrella, Mike Nawrocki said. "You know the great thing about writing for three year olds? You can use the oldest jokes in the book, and they will laugh because it's their first time hearing them." Those are the words of a man who has lost all creative spirit and is quietly trying to troll the corporate overlords. I have a soft spot for the Pirates movie, because I saw it in theaters as a small child. Judging by box office numbers, I'm in a minority there. But anyway, as an adult, I readily admit that it's flawed product that doesn't quite understand who its audience is. But with all the drama behind the scenes, I'm surprised it was as decent as it was.
4:30 It's funny Laurie brings that up. According to the DVD directors commentary in this movie, the makers tell us that Eloise's father/the King is representative of God, and he made the magic ball, so yes, by all technicalities, the ball is (of) God.
