- In this video I share my 5 favorite things about living in Livermore CA and how I ended up living here...
Here's the short version, if you want the expanded version you're going to have to watch the whole video. Short version is I got married and plans to sell both our homes fell apart when the real estate market crashed just as we were finishing up on the HGTV style remodel to get his house sold. So instead of taking a loss, and all my hard work going down the drain, we moved into that house and rented out my condo to wait out the market. We planned this for a year, but I ended up liking Livermore and never moved back to Mountain View.

Location - easy access to many popular destinations around the Bay Area and beyond.
Affordability - This is subjective and cost of housing has increased a lot in recent years, but it's still relatively more affordable than where I grew up in Silicon Valley.
Small Town Feel - but not really a small town
Downtown - Love the restaurants, shops, events offered downtown.
People - Livermore has some very friendly people. It's easy to make friends if you're new here.
