I was thinking the same for my e92 but the LEDs will effect your eyesight over time I’m sure. Plus it’s electronic and I don’t doubt it’ll act up sometimes.
I think this missing space works well so you can see your gauges perfectly. I thought it was silly at first too but now that I copped my own m3 I’m like damn this might be the move

In theory, this F1 style steering wheel is a great track racing modification. However, in reality, BMW steering do not have a short turn radius like F1 cars so on tight corners the missing topless part maybe be a disadvantage. In conclusion, if you’re an enthusiast who doesn’t race on the track, but rather into aesthetic then I’d say it’s a pretty cool modification. Definitely IG flex worthy.

For car like m3 it will be distributing because this car has big steering angle and while parking or going to sharp corners you won't be able to use whole wheel. Instead of this you should buy RPM meter on steering wheel

The steering wheel does not fit the BME E92 M3. You should have chosen a carbon fibre wheel with the led shift lights and rpm readout.
