Canarias potatoes... I love them too. Sometimes it was only veggie option available for me. You have to go to other islands as well, Tenerife is great, there is a lot to do and it's beautiful, especially the view from Teide volcano.

I’m glad you guys liked this beautiful island! We go there every year and enjoy a little bit of Sun during the gloomy English winter. The food tastes different, the landscapes are phenomenal and the air breathes so easily! I was mostly impressed with the avocado trees which I’ve not seen before and how differently the fruit and veggies are when grown under the Canadian Sun. I’d love to see your version of the Canadian sauce, both green and red! We love Papas arrugadas with mojo sauce ❤️
