tbf icemanisaac did the exact same settings in the span of like 2 minutes. he doesn't give examples of effects or show the fps loss per setting, but he tests it all.

Anisotropic filtering is basically texture quality viewed from an angle, it is most noticeable on ground texture. On low AF, texture would be blurred from a close distance, increasing it will also increase this distance meaning blurryness will start from further away with highest having no blurryness (presumably if it's 16x AF).
@@WeeGeeX Correct, considering he explained it already in his older videos, still commented for the algorithm and might help someone who doesn’t know about it.

Don’t mean to discredit any other content creator but dudeeeee tipping my hat to you, the extensive research you put into this video is much appreciated
This is the only guide I’ve seen that actually recommended using HDR if you have a HDR monitor, everyone else, and I mean EVERYONE says turn it off yet my game looks so much better with it on.
well, from my experience in other games, hdr did put extra load on the gpu and was related to some unstable fps and a performance regression. But maybe that's bcuz of me being gpu limited. I tried many games from FH5, GoW, and Uncharted 4 (had the biggest performance impact and it would sometime seven refuse to launch with it on)
been subbed to this channel since your MW2 2022 video. you are the only channel that goes over every graphics setting, WITH DETAIL, and... actually shows exactly what they do,visually. where as any other channel will either just tell you to put all settings at lowest,and/or only tell you what each one does and not show the difference.
Actually I was expecting this video after wz implementation. Comparsion after warzone implementation too would be super helpful because big map changes things. Thanks!
I spent around 3 hours messing around with settings and your observations you made in this video. Helped a ton. I gained at least 10-30FPS. I’m running an i7-9700K, and a 3070ti, 32GB of ram. I found in your config file video that I actually get wayyy better performance and textures if I set the CPU setting in the config to 5 instead of 9, 8, or 7. Thanks for the help. I hope the game continues to be optimized
Like always your guides on COD performance is best in class on the internet where we can see in number but also visually how the setting will appear. Keep it up!!!
this is the only solid settings video that is valid, all of the other content creators have no freaking idea what they are doing and put everything to low. I actually did the tests to see which settings affect performance which are not, I also noticed that rBar had no postive impact. you confirmed my tests but actually showcased how certain ones don't differ much visually Much deserved sub !
The best person who does a comprehensive coverage of the settings and explains in an understandable way.. It is very tiring.. Thanks all the love and respect my friend
Best settings, getting a consistent 10% increase in FPS, was a lot of simple things I had completely missed out on like the camera shake and other grahic settings. Observation on the FOV was new and helpful as well. Nice and helpful video, Thanks for the effort!!
No one does it like you, man. You truly are a godsend. I don’t even bother testing settings myself anymore and I always send your videos to all of my pc homies. ❤❤❤
Hi, Thanks for the guide. You are one of the rare RUclipsrs to explain each graphics option and its impact on fps. For example I had looked at guides on Apex Legends and most of the players said to put NVIDIA reflex on + boost without explaining why. So I put on + boost even though I'm GPU limited, so I had drops in fps and terrible input lag. Knowing that for GPU limited, you just have to put it on, I had more FPS and less input lag. Could you make a guide on The Finals (mouse settings, video settings, audio settings). Many thanks.
So good to see a settings guide with detailed testing, much prefer it over people releasing a settings video on day 1 with no insight and testing methods.
That is exactly what I was looking for. Even I know by myself, what each setting is doing visualy, I want to thank you for your job! Hope that video will have the most views
after countless videos of best settings for bo6 I can say that this one is by far the best one. you have earned yourself a like and sub. thank you so much.
Anisotropic Filtering is supposed to do exactly what it says in the description but I agree the difference seems minimal. Maybe it depends more about combined Texture Resolution setting, or maybe Variable Rate Shading messes with it. I can see a small difference in your example but it's not noticeable to most players. Oh and if you test for Anisotropic filtering with Fidelity FX CAS you will see less difference.
Heck yea!!! I searched for a black ops 6 best settings and was hoping a video from your self would come up. At the time there wasn’t but now there is. Thank you very much. I like your videos more over the others that are out there ❤

this helped so much, thank you! I had some of these on, and had no idea how little of an effect it had on graphics! game is running like a dream for me now :D
Just wanna say that you make the best graphics settings vids by far. @@TechGuides hahaa. Also I have a few points to add. I have been testing the game myself since 2 days.
