“Named after a guy” I think what you meant to say was…named after the absolute gigachad Arkhan Land who built the technological bedrock of the imperium and is one of the greatest characters from the Horus Heresy novel series
I did this in 5th edition, Black Templars, 3 Land Raider Crusaders, and 3 regular Landraiders, Emperors Champion for HQ, and 3 regular 5 man crusader squads, all with bolt pistols and chainswords, it was brutal, and oddly fun to play with.
hey in World Eaters, today my Land Raider scored the first melee kill. and even finished off a character (neurolictor) with 2 wounds remaining in the following fight phase. Armored Tracks are S8!
I think the tiers are costed pretty appropriately Redeemers are far and away the best, and most expensive Godhammers are less useful, but pack nice guns so are in the middle Crusaders are almost entirely used for their capacity, so they are cheap
@TacticalTortoise okay I'll ask this. My only anti tank is one ball dread. Should I stay with Godhammer or pick something else? I feel I need at least 2 anti tanks
do this again vs your necron friend 😂. i hate that the large vehicles cant move in the tournament tables because they have too narrow gaps. in home made tables they are fine. 10th has so many unfun rules.
They're fine on Leviathan maps, as long as you keep the recommended ruins 2" tall then they can move over a lot of the smaller ruins and the faster vehicles can parkour the edges of bigger ruins anyway
I really enjoyed this, great video. But I didn't get clear how you placed seven dedicated transports with only "loading" three of them. There is something I'm missing.
What do you mean by saying that your opponent scores double points. He just scores points at the end of their turn instead of the end of their command phase. Or maybe I am wrong. Enlighten me.
@@TacticalTortoise Maybe I am missing something. But there is nothing written on the mission card about scoring points twice. I have read it like 10 times. Also it seems super unbalanced the way u see it.
Edit: disregard the initial paragraph below, wrong mission. This one does not score twice. Tortoise is indeed interpreting this incorrectly. The mission itself scores up to 10pts each command phase, and then there's a SECOND clause where you score up to 15pts at the end of the game.@@kryzys5385
Yeah can’t see that at all on vital ground. Priority targets are the only one where you score twice is that want you actually played? Looked like it since you still have 5 obj instead of 2
Unironically, I think 10e is good enough that it can support lists like these just fine. My games haven't been blowouts and mostly came down to a few crucial rolls. I'd go so far as to say this style of this is fairly non-competitive.
They're named after a guy.
I'm gonna blow your mind. He also invented the land speeder.
What do you use with tabletop simulator? there's a lot of things and i want to play space marines in 10th edition 40k.
😂😂😂

Just like Polaroid’s Land Camera. Named after a guy.
The editing just keeps getting better and better
Ahh, yes. Imperial Knights: Space Marine Edition
What great timing for this video. Painting up my land raider currently. The land raider is just cool.
They are SO cool ;)
Good luck painting!

Meanwhile, I can’t find a single land raider to buy. I blame you
I'll heartily accept full credit 😉
Yooooo Trevy sporting the YEET shirt! I am going to need one of those too my guy!

Luved it. Microwave for melta made me lol
What's funny is that I just finished painting my 5th land raider for a 5 land raider list. 2/2r/1c
Names Land. Land Raider
Battleshaken, not shocked.
The mighty ground pillager ! The time of the land raider has begun !
No no no… it’s, “Land’s Raider.”
Arcan lan oh wow thats mighty convenient for a land based raiding vehicle. Its so funy
This used to be possible in 3e. I nearly won a tournament with much guard (zero infantry figures).
Arkhan Land also had a cyber monkey pet.
How the f did you find so many tank memes to pack in this videos rofl
That’s the salamanders forge master the chapter master is tu shan
Nice editing
Why does Godhammer LR seem the best one to take. Yet not the most expense?
I think the tiers are costed pretty appropriately

Vulkan isn't the chapter master, he's just a captain.
Not even a Captain. He’s the Salamanders Forgefather which is completely outside the chapters command structure
Yeah everybody forgets tu Shan
Good to see 40K is getting better 😒🤣
Been trying to find the land raiders.
I have a land rider, Achilles! I'll miss playing with it! 07

GG!!!
Skew lists gonna skew. 😅

How do you get the circles around your units? I've never seen that in TTS before

Land raiders aren't dedicated transports
@@willhavelin796 Thank you both. I went to the Warhammer 40k app to see it but it is hidden content in the free version of the app
Damit i thought this was the other channel and the actual game

The objectives in that mission score a second time at the end of the game

Editor was doing too much.
Land Raiders just need to be one datasheet.
