Infact we INFJs believe that we are all playing roles in our lives in all aspects in all areas, all the time and the difference between other people and an INFJ is that the INFJ's role playing is authentic to the core. We do not pretend, falsify or mask ourselves to fool others like most people do we seriously abhor that we don't share our hardships and struggles because no body can walk in our shoes. We don't believe in the saying 'Fake it until you make it'. We actually make it so we do not have to or need to fake it, otherwise we don't go for something if we can't make it altogether. We believe that life is so simple and greed, hatred, jealousy other people's status, money, fame their attitude, their perception of us, being on the top or looked upon to by others , nothing of such superficiality of life motivate us or impress us indeed. We strongly believe in the power of love only or we are in a true sense 'Sages'. For us life is to be lived from within. We nourish our body and soul with true valuable things in life and only go after them. We appreciate humanity and knowing that we possess great healing power adopt a role of a healer and live a contented life as we also know that for many common sense is a sense which is not very common. We are so genuine in everything we do, that we often falls into the category of: 'A thing too good to be true'
Now I understand why my probation officer, counselors and some of the “social elite” are always trying to act hard towards me. They want me to be their daddy, and be more aggressive with them. I usually get annoyed as hell, but I’m gonna start having fun with this ish.
Makes sense to an extent, role play to be good has to be authentic, enjoyed, even though this seems paradoxal there’s a dimension of who the other is that remains constant throughout all variations, that’s their core and my super thrill. That’s what I search for when I say connection, it is basically seeing and being seen into that.
You say role play and I have a funny analogy for the way, I, as an ESTP, operate in life. Its like Bumblebee from Transformers with all of these different radio signals forming his vocals; I flicker through past experiences, accents, sensations and motor patterns that I’ve collected through trial and error, and almost in a synesthaetic way I blend this together at high speed in real time. Going through combinations of possible acts in this grand theatre/ orchestra performance of life. I learn through prominent powerful figures and emulate their perception to create alternate personalities that I can absorb and synthesise as part of my own in the form of scenes and patterns of outcomes. I try not to focus on one field or subject, but to blend relevant skills in a multidisciplinary fashion and I am completely self sufficient. Its easier to make mistakes and quickly learn from them this way and then to ultimately win without elation so you can become autistically good at whatever it is you do.
See I like the fantasy of it but an ISTJ I feel would be too ridged for me in terms of their approach to life and I would feel judged. And ENFP, their constant hypothesizing without action would be frustrating. But maybe the quality time in the bedroom would have my forgive all their “sins” outside of the bedroom lol I could see that happening 😇😂

I really related to everything was said in the video,, I even know quality time is my actual number one need in a relationship However I don't think I was attracted to people who were in suits or uniforms because in my culture people who are in uniforms usually they do submit to an authority and they would live in traditional manner and that's something I don't want in the relationship personally I remember telling my sister that I don't want a businessman who wears suit but I would rather take businessman who wears casual instead because for me, I would see it as if he is far more carefree and he is not following what is considered to be expected and regular.. my sister thinks that I was so shallow based on that point of view but idk for me, fashion literally expresses your core or your character and how you want to live life
