Only P&O take foot passengers on the Dover-Calais route and they can be dropped off near where you first enter the port and they check in and are bus to the boat from there

You can book yourself as a foot passenger
I've never tried it myself
but I reckon you can drop him off near were the foot passengers go

Yes unless it's an EU passport they must be stamped but they're due to stop that later this year
