@@thatobogatsu7402 i check with Mercedesonce you alter the car mechanics...you loose the warranty, if Mercedes find out during their diagnostic. Or service...you loose your waranty....regardless...so its your choice...but i rather wait till finish the warranty period before modding anything... \
The system will record that modifications have been made even if the after market part is removed subsequent to a service visit. Mercedes in Europe advise against making any modifications during warranty period as it gives them grounds to revoke the warranty. The info can get pulled through onto the customers Mercedes ME systems too, which update and record data This even includes wraps. Best wait until warranty expires as if something goes amiss even if it's not directly related to any after market parts it could prove to be very, very expensive and replacement engine and ancillary parts ain't cheap if they go wrong. Mercedes know that people who fit after market parts do it to enhance performance above the standard unit. Do it at your peril.. You can always contest Mercedes refusal to honour warranty but you will lose.
@@hazzard8760 Oh this is really news. Didnt know that the system can detect to such extends. Yeah, seem scary to me alright. Thanks a lot for the advice mate. Awesome 👍👍👍👍
@@hazzard8760 how can the system even record anything, if it hasn’t been altered to begin with. And to revoke the warranty they have to prove that the damage is a result of the modification. Only changing the exhaust can’t be the reason why you might have an engine faillure etc. However many people also mod parts, where the software needs to be altered as well. Deleting the opf for example seems to be a big point of discussion, since a lot of people claim they didn’t have to change the software at all, others say they got all sorts of errors and some even went into limb mode.
Dayum son...its super loud...
sounds proper now
Needs tune? Also, is it the same exact exhaust for CLA 45s?
with downpipe needs tuning. exhaust design is same as CLA, except the outlet pipe on CLA is longer, rest of the parts are same
@@DitaRacingInternational thank you mate
i think you need external microphone
Well what I want to know is that, does the owner lose their warranty by installing this?
exhaust is plug & play, can revert back to stock form in case need to claim warranty
@@DitaRacingInternational okay cool, thank you
