A stitching retreat every year in Shipshewana???? Oh my goodness!!!! I'm only 80 miles from there!!!! Sounds wonderful!!!! Your videos keep me company as I stitch. Thank you for inspiring me. I went to my local needlework shop and picked up a sampler from Blackbird Designs "Forget Me Not". It's been 35 years since I picked up a needle. I had forgotten how much I love cross stitching. Again, thank you ladies!!!
I love you two!! You make me giggle while I sit at my desk listening to you!!! I love your tastes in stitching and all the floss!!! I am a permanent watcher 🧵🧵
Hello Stitchy friends, Thanks, kindly for such an inspiring and happy video. Every time I stop by I feel as though I have been SPLASHED with goodness. I had a first today with Flosstube..... I actually stopped your video, went and got my purse, ordered the Noel Sampler kit, re-filled my coffee cup and continued your video. You have made this a GREAT Monday morning. Thanks for sharing, Happy Stitching, your friend, Daleen
I think it took me two hours (maybe slightly exaggerating) to watch this eye candy video, because I had to keep pausing and adding purchases to my cart. 🤣 Brenda, I have The Noel sampler partly stitched and just can’t. After I saw it in the tin roof last year I fell in love! So I’m restarting it. We should stitch it together! Laura, I have the two quakers you showed and need to kit them up! I’ve been wanting to stitch a Quaker but have had a couple false starts. Brenda helped me out with my Quaker dilemma and now I think I’ve got it! Thanks Brenda! Love you girls! Wish I lived closer so I could stitch with you all! Happy stitching!
Oh I like the small wooden tray idea! I'm using a square plastic cookie tray to hold small projects as it has a small bowl depression. I like the pin cushion idea for multiple threaded needles too, thanks!! Oh my gosh! You should compile your list of laws and then we could do a stitch along and stitch our favorite ones!! I would volunteer to be one of your people❣👵
Thank you so much for another enjoyable hour of stitching conversation. I realized that I am about 75 miles from Dyeing to Stitch. As much as I'd like to visit them constantly, There is a $25 tunnel fee to get to it. I've only been once, but now feel like I should take a day and visit to become familiar with this shop. Thanks for the info. I am two years behind in your episodes.!
You ladies are lucky🍀I have been to Yoders in Shipshawanna , several times. It’s been awhile now though. I live way down south in Indiana. Down by the Ohio river and it’s a long drive to Shipshawanna. Maybe soon some day,
What lovely things you always share and remind me of things I have languishing in my drawers. I don’t even know where to start in shouting accolades for the many gorgeous stitching, finishing and ideas you both have shared, but please know I have gone away so very inspired! I also would like to compliment Joy’s finishing. She is top rung always and has such a special and perfect eye for details. How very wonderful for you all that you are on her roster of clients. French General is the bomb, Laura, you chose beauties! I also want to thank you for mentioning Gary and Fiber Talk. He works so hard to promote art with needle and thread. He’s a fantastic person inside and out! Thank you for that. Have a good week and again thank you so very much for sharing your special loves with Us!
Thanks so much Vonna!!!!!! You have inspired both of us for such a long time!!!!! Love everything you do too!!! and Fiber Talk is just the very best!!!!!!!!! As mentioned, we were both swooning over your coverage of the Bristol sampler weekend!!!! SWOON!!!!!! Sending love and hugs!!!
I LOVE you gals. So much fun to see all your haul, your beautiful finished pieces and your WIPs. Your stories are great. The time just flies by, never seems quite long enough!!!! Know, I must go and see which way I fold my pieces when I put them back into my project bags! Love all your new fabric for bags, especially the reds. I am sure you know that you are both huge enablers.
Hi ladies... beautiful... new to your channel... beautiful wips and finishes...I always shiver whenever I see someone fold their stitch pieces with the stitching outside - crazy... enjoyed your video... be bless and stay bless
As always, loved your newest video. I had to watch it twice-the second time to take notes of bag makers, chart names and designers, IG bloggers, etc. And I found out that I have been breaking a law for 30+ years by folding my unfinished needlework projects WRONG!! So glad I was never caught! You two are a hoot. After your first video, I was inspired to find an old WIP and I’m happy to say I just finished it several days ago. So, thank you for the inspiration!
Thank you Nancy!!! That is great that you finished an old WIP!!!!!! Major achievement!!!!! Glad you are back on the straight and narrowing with the folding law!!!!
Oh no, I fold my stitching out because I like to admire my work, but after you all have declared the law of folding the stitching inside, I will abide the law and change my bad habit! So much fun to watch you two and get inspired by all the beautiful work. Thanks for making the time to do videos. 🥰💖
Another delightful video ladies! I so enjoy being inspired, tempted, wooed, dazzled by you two. So many pretties. Can't wait to see what goodies you'll be parading before us next time. Laura: Wowzer fabrics! Brenda: Loved the smalls in that shaker box with the handle.
Ya'll are bad for my wish bone! Very inspirational. Beautiful projects! Pretty fabric! I prefer to roll my WIPS with the stitching to the inside. Roll=no fold lines. I just started my first Quaker, great idea for 2020. And, I have been struck by the Serial Starter😜. I just want to stitch all the things right now!
Thanks Sharri!!!!! What Quaker did you start?? So good to know that you roll!!! That is probably the best way to store a project. I still want to start all the things too......it's a problem......but what can you do?
Wow you two ladies are AMAZING, I love everything and I mean everything you do and your choice of fabric..... just superb!! Thank you for sharing all these wonderful projects. Kind regards from New Zealand
Hi Brenda and Laura, I will forever now make sure I am folding my stitching to the inside. I never thought about it so, thank you! I love your videos so much!! I feel like I want to come there and stitch with you two... so bad! Have a wonderful week. Xoxo
Hi ladies!! I just started binge watching your videos and you now have a new fan!!! Y'all are so inspirational!!! Can you tell me the name and designer of the alphabet pillows in the knife box? Omg....I heard them screaming my name when you were showing them!! Thank you for taking time away from your stitching and sharing everything with us!!
Another wonderful visit! You are both so much fun and your work is beautiful.....inspiration and justification of my obsession(s)!! Looking forward to next time!
Laura and Brenda, you two are fabulous!!! I so look forward to your videos! Your chatting about stitching is smart and knowledgeable. Love you both!!! Keep up with the weekly videos!!!
Brenda and Laura, your shenanigans are wonderful. Such beautiful stitching, just in awe of all you ladies do. I enjoy your laughter and friendship, stitching, finishes, bags, laws, etc. Thank you so much.
I just love you two!! Thank you for all of the “laws”, beauty, inspiration, and fun! My husband was just listening as I watched and said, “Who are those ladies? They’re hilarious!” 😄
Lovely 😊 I enjoy all your things, I love your antique buying , and I feel so good cause I was hunting in the antique shop just the other day and pick up a lovely little wooden box to put some sewing in. 🤩🤩🤩🤩
I LOVE that section of the show called “Brenda stitched it, and now I want to!” Don’t we ALL?!! Is that a Joseph’s Workshop hornbook? So cute! Great job!
Another fun and enabling video! It was great to see your bag made by Natalia, Laura. She's made a couple of bags for me as she and I were in Sampler Guild in Denver together. Such a sweet lady and while I'm happy for her move, I'm sad that I won't be able to see her at meetings any more.
It is a bummer that Natalia moved so far away!!!!! Her bags are absolute perfection!!! Maybe you can go to Spain for a visit??!! Thanks for your kind comments!
By chance I found out last week that Mary Miller wasn’t sold out so now I am just waiting for my kit to arrive! So happy! I love Yoder’s too, I have been there many times. Wow those fabrics! You two bring so much sunshine and you both are just so heartwarming. The world just melts away when I watch your videos, I find myself in total bliss. Thank you for taking time out of your busy lives to make these videos 🤗
Thank you so so much for your extremely kind words!!!! My heart just melted!!! I love your Floss Tube name3 too!!!! So glad you are going to be stitching Mary Miller too!!!!! Yes, Yoders is just amazing!!!! Thank you for taking time to comment. Much appreciated!!!
I just want to hang out with you two! I love your back and forth banter and all the projects you show, well, they are so inspirational and fun to see. Thanks, Laura... I ordered the French book as I watched your video. The ability to pause is a necessity when watching you two! Have a great couple of weeks! Go Blue!
Thanks Terri!!!!!! You will love that French sampler book!!!! Aren't we lucky to have all this technology to enable us?? I wish we could hang out.....maybe someday soon......
Ladies another great video.... my rule: never fold your fabric- only roll. I stitch in hand and when I’m done stitching for the day I roll it so the stitching is on the inside. Have a great week!
Lots of fun! So many pretty things and you guys are such enablers, hahaha... I had to sign up for Mary Miller, of course. I resisted as long as I could, but here I go! Glad you are enjoying your wallet, Laura, I remember making it! What beautiful fabrics you bough at Shipshewana! They are so much fun to mix and match. Can't wait to see your start on Ann Grimshaw, it has been on my wish list for a long time. Brenda those older pieces are just beautiful. I enjoyed the time with you guys again! PS.: I always fold my linen towards the inside :-)
You remember making it!! That is amazing!!! Glad you are going to join in on Mary Miller!!!!! All the way in Spain! Hope all is going well!!! Maybe Ann Grimshaw too????
I thought I watched this one already, but you stitchers are so inspirational it certainly wouldn't hurt to go through it again. I was right! I missed those post cards the first time. I thought I should make some from some of my projects and stash. Great idea.
Laura - I totally get it! You showed the stitching postcards and mentioned getting them framed and having them at work to make you happy. I've been known to take a couple patterns I'm geeking out over and keep them on my desk at work so I can look at them throughout the day and think happy thoughts. :)
Another one of your videos where I am left in awe at your beautiful stitchery. So many lovely pieces, I wouldn't dare try to select a favorite. Looking forward to your next flosstube.
Your RUclips channel is one of the best. Love that it is ALL about cross stitch. I love your easy, joyful, yet fact filled style. Thank you so much. The formula is so right.
I just wanted to add a comment and let you know how much I have loved each of your videos. I can totally relate to both of you and so enjoy seeing everything you are currently working on or have done in the past. You are so inspiring and I now have so many more things on my list to start. If you ever have time, I would love a tour of the wall behind you. I have stitched for 30+ years and am always looking for ideas on how to control my stash so I can find thing. Brenda especially - how to you store all your WIPS?? Thanks Kerri
I just found you ladies the other night & I am having a fun time watching your videos while I stitch! I don't stitch samplers but I sure love looking at them...you two are so much fun!
“A New Hope”!!! I love it!!! AND I love visiting with you two friends!!! I agree with you ladies about OCTOBER. Autumn is my very favorite. Thank goodness you’re going to compile the laws for us!!! Thank you so very much, Brenda and Laura, for sharing your exquisite stitching and stash with us, and for all the tips and tricks and accessorizing along the way!!! ♥️🖤 Donna Rae
Love watching your video. I also put my stitched part to the inside. Years ago, my mom told me roll my project with stitched side inside and only fold if your BAP was too large for your project bag. So I roll everything because I still hear mom’s voice.
Love all you gals stitch and of course buy. Brenda, I was so glad to hear of your fondness for Prairie Schooler charts. I have been a fan since they started thyearly Santas. I have them all and stitched all of them. I have never FO’d them, but keep them safe and take them out to admire and show off of course. I also have many of their charts also. I have admired the Garden Samplers many times. After seeing yours, I went to ebay and found several to buy. Need I say more. Keep making videos. You are faved by many, many crazy stitchers.
Thanks Gail!!!!! Yes, Brenda's PS finishes are amazing!!!!! Glad you got some (more) charts! I too have a large collection of PS and often just look through them for fun. Thank you for your kind words!!!
You both have inspired me!! I'm taking time everyday to stitch. And who doesn't fold their work inside??? Another "law" I have is folding a large piece of fabric into thirds rather than half so your eye doesn't go to the middle of your stitching. Look forward to your next video.
Thanks so much for another fabulous video!!! You are both so very inspiring and delightful - truly like sitting with friends! So many wonderful pieces that I 'must' start! Hopefully my Mary Miller will arrive soon. I agree with you about October and wish there were about 4 months of this glorious and beautiful month. Happy Stitching!
What a great video I'm recently new to sampler some have caught my eye an IV fallen down the rabbit hole I just love watching you 2 amazing stitcher talk an show your lovely works of art thank you so much for sharing them with us
@@brendaandtheserialstarter2410 please IV gotten my stitch bug back since watching your videos. I also placed my first order ever with Country sampler yesterday it was oat so I did it on line but I'm definitely gonna try to get my hands on Mary miller BC she is amazing. Happy stitching ladys
Very inspiring ladies!!! I loved my Year of the Quaker! Stitching those pretty Quaker samplers really made me feel a connection to the young girl stitcher... I would certainly join in the fun 2020 ~ Keep up the great work and will be looking for you next time!!!!
Love your video! I love samplers but my rule is 150 by 150. I have done all those Prairie Schooler patterns that you showed. They are hanging on my walls still. I am trying to finish Christmas Ark. I noticed that it came out in 1991. It is 27 years old. Their designs are timeless. Great projects you both have.
Thanks Darleen !!!!! I now remember seeing about your 150 x 150 rule on one of Lynda Jo's videos!!! And no matter how old a PS is....it's still relevant!!! Love them!
I attended the Bristol weekend at Sassy Jacks and it was wonderful. I came away inspired to stitch every red one available. I got to meet Gary, Vonna and Nicola and would so love to meet the two of you. Thanks for another great video.
Thanks Barbara!!!!!! We would love to meet you too and we so wish we would have been at the Bristol weekend...it looked so amazing!!!!!! Happy red sampler stitching!!!
I have learned so much from the two of you through your wonderful videos, so thank you for making them. Your stitching is beautiful and the finishes are just inspiring. It makes me want to stitch all the time! Blessings, Marlene
Hi, this is the ‘false start’ finishing volunteer who commented a couple days ago on your latest video ( still got my hand raised, though it’s starting to ache and I’m not getting much stitching done!). Just catching up on your earlier videos and wanted to say that you two are absolutely brilliant, so warm and entertaining and informative - even to how things smell! I’m going to tune in through ‘smellyvision’ on the replay! 😀. Thank you ladies for taking the time to do this.
Another great video, I too sit watching with a pencil and paper. I love when you show something and I shout " I did that". When I finish a large sampler I always do a couple of smalls before I tackle another large sampler.
Thank you for another great videos. I just added 3 more charts to my wish list. I will never get all these things stitched but that’s alright. I agree I need a written list of the RULES because I have to be doing somethings incorrectly and I want to be in the know!!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed watching you both for the first time, it certainly cheered up a very wet and cold autumn day in England. Stitch on girls, your projects are wonderful. I love samplers and am hoping to start a map sampler soon. xx
Thanks so much Mandy!!! A map sampler sounds amazing!!!!! Let us know more when you can....and if there is a chart for it I would love to know about it. I love maps!
I just so enjoy these videos and you show so many things I want to stitch! I can send you the Arizona one if you still need it and it’s still in store, let me know!
So want to do a 2020 Quaker... I want to do the Halloween one... time to go shopping.... so enjoyable seeing all your projects ..and many thanks for the inspiration
Seriously Gorgeous stitch parade. Love your patterns and fabric . Learnt something new about folding the stitch right sides together. Glad there is no rule police because I haven't followed a one yet but there is hope Happy Stitching Linda m
You both are so dangerous for me! Love your videos...and Yoders is my go to shop for my quilting needs and everything else actually! I’m in Fort Wayne and drive just an hour. I had no idea there was a stitch retreat there every year through Inspired Needle. Shipshewana is so relaxing anytime for me. Looking forward to your next video, but can’t wait to see your Christmas stitching! Lynn in Indiana
Thanks Lynn!!!!! Lucky you to drive only one hour to Yoders!! That place is a gold mine of fabric!!! Sign up for the Inspired Needle newsletter and find out about retreat next year.....maybe you could go!!!!!
I’ll definitely get the newsletter and try to go next year! And next time you are in Shipshewana, check out Lolly’s fabrics in the main area of town, as they have lots of reproduction fabrics and more traditional fabrics. I’ve spoken to them about adding cross stitching to their inventory...probably won’t, but they sell DMC, better selection than Yoders. FYI!
Was so thrilled to wake up and see you had a new video going! Enjoyed spending my morning with you! Beautiful pieces and choices....now what to start? Lol
I love that your video makes me feel like I’m sitting across from you two. You ladies are so talented!!! I love all of your choices of patterns, floss and fabric!!! Nothing better than going to a fabric store too!! Have a great two weeks of stitching and just being creative!!!
Love your videos-sooooo informative with beautiful finishes, WIP’s, and haul! Loved hearing about the closed Country Sampler cross stitch shop in Tuscola, Illinois. That is where I bought my first piece of linen and over-dyed flosses. That is the store that re-united my love of cross stitch.
No I sure haven’t. I’m new to stitching (only been stitching about a year) and haven’t had the pleasure of visiting a LNS yet. Do you have any recommendations?
You 2 are always an inspiration! Yes!! Please do an end of the year video with all the laws! That way we can begin the new year on track😉 I have never done a Quaker ....they are quite pretty.....Now on my list for next year! Looking forward to the next video!❤️
Great advice: stitch what makes you happy. Am thinking about joining the Lady Dot finishing club. Missed you girls at the Bristol Orphanage Sampler lecture and workshop--SassyJack's is a wonderful shop--think about attending a retreat there--you will not be disappointed
A wonderful start to my morning watching you two..I Love everything you showed..I enjoy your videos so much..You have left me with a smile on my face..Hugs to you Both..
Hello Ladies, I just retired and starting to CrossStitch, I know I’m A little late ⏰, But Better Late than Never🤷♀️ I hope I live long enough to finish some of the Charts I’ve bought, Fabrics, Floss, Project Bags, it’s Very Addicting, and I haven’t even finish my first project, I just love looking at all of it….Is this Normal I ask?? Lol, my Real Question is, Do I wash my Fancy Floss before I Stitch? I’m getting different answers so I decided to ask you Ladies, I’ve been binge watching your flosstubes and I Luv You Two😍 My Fav Floss tubers, and Yes I will watch them all until I get caught up, Thank You so Much…..
A stitching retreat every year in Shipshewana???? Oh my goodness!!!! I'm only 80 miles from there!!!! Sounds wonderful!!!! Your videos keep me company as I stitch. Thank you for inspiring me.
Brenda and the Serial Starter Yes! I remember so many of my wallets. I really enjoyed making them. Probably Ann too! Yikes! 😂
I thought I watched this one already, but you stitchers are so inspirational it certainly wouldn't hurt to go through it again. I was right! I missed those post cards the first time. I thought I should make some from some of my projects and stash. Great idea.
"No cooking, ever. Unless it's toast." We're from the same club!
Thank you so much Jeanna for your kind comments!
Your RUclips channel is one of the best. Love that it is ALL about cross stitch. I love your easy, joyful, yet fact filled style. Thank you so much. The formula is so right.
Peggy!!! That is such a nice compliment!!! Thank you so so much!!!!!
Thanks
Kerri
Thanks so much Kerri!!!! Your kind words are so appreciated!
Thank you for always giving the name of the fabric and the count! So helpful...
Thanks Susan! If we ever forget just ask.....but we always try to remember because it is very important information!!!
Always love seeing the pieces you gals are working on....right now I am working on Rebecca Nurse on tiptop gingham and I am loving it.
Rebecca Nurse is such a cool chart!!!! Great choice!
Great video! You ladies are a hoot. House of stitches is a wonderful shop!!
Thanks so much Annette!!
I just found you ladies the other night & I am having a fun time watching your videos while I stitch! I don't stitch samplers but I sure love looking at them...you two are so much fun!
Thanks so much Crystal!!!!! We so appreciate your kind words!
Thanks Donna Rae!!!! Sending love right back to you!! Thanks for getting my Star Wars reference!!!
Too much good stuff. My list to collect/stitch is growing. Thank you again for sharing. So enjoy catching up on the earlier episodes ❤️❤️❤️
As always a feast for the eyes - a literal buffet of charts and finishes and wips!!!
Thank you so much Tammy!!!!
Um, you just referenced Star Wars in a Flosstube. I think you are my kind of people. Seriously, I’m enjoying listening to you two so much.
Love watching your video. I also put my stitched part to the inside. Years ago, my mom told me roll my project with stitched side inside and only fold if your BAP was too large for your project bag. So I roll everything because I still hear mom’s voice.
Thanks Roxy! That is so sweet that your Mom is still part of everything you do!!!
Morning, ladies! What a way to start off my Columbus Day holiday from work. ;) Thanks for encouraging my stitchy habits.
That is great that you have a day off today April!!!!! Hope you can stitch a lot!!!!
Great video, you girls are so inspiring!! Can"t wait till the next video !! Happy stitching Jennifer McMillan
Thanks so much Jennifer!!
Look forward to your next video.
joy h Yay!! A little bit everyday is good for the soul ❤️
Thanks Wanda!!!!!! Hope Mary Miller arrives tomorrow!! No mail today.....Columbus Day. Booo!!!
Another great video ladies! I think I’m pretty well caught up with you now. You are my new favs! Thanks for the inspiration!
Thanks for your kind words Desiree!!! And thanks for watching all of those videos! Phew!!!!! We will see you again next Sunday!!!
What a great video I'm recently new to sampler some have caught my eye an IV fallen down the rabbit hole I just love watching you 2 amazing stitcher talk an show your lovely works of art thank you so much for sharing them with us
Thank you so much for your kind comments!!!!!! Aren't samplers addictive!!!??
@@brendaandtheserialstarter2410 please IV gotten my stitch bug back since watching your videos. I also placed my first order ever with Country sampler yesterday it was oat so I did it on line but I'm definitely gonna try to get my hands on Mary miller BC she is amazing. Happy stitching ladys
@@stitchn304patience9 That is so exciting!!!!
Very inspiring ladies!!! I loved my Year of the Quaker! Stitching those pretty Quaker samplers really made me feel a connection to the young girl stitcher... I would certainly join in the fun 2020 ~ Keep up the great work and will be looking for you next time!!!!
Thanks Faye!!!!!! After Brenda mentioned your year of Quakers I remembered all of the amazing projects you did!
Love them!
Made me shop ... thanks for sharing so many charts and finishes!
Thanks Esther! Glad to be of service!
🤗 Thank you ladies for a very enjoyable video! Loved seeing the projects and patterns and fabrics - very inspiring! Happy stitching!
Thanks so much Carlene!!!
I have learned so much from the two of you through your wonderful videos, so thank you for making them. Your stitching is beautiful and the finishes are just inspiring. It makes me want to stitch all the time! Blessings, Marlene
Thank you so much for your very kind words Marlene!!!! We want to stitch all the time too!!!! Hopefully someday we will meet and stitch together!!!!
Thank you so much Jean!!!!!!! We have you identified as a false start go to!!!! Your kind words mean the world to us!!! Happy Stitching!
Another great video, I too sit watching with a pencil and paper. I love when you show something and I shout " I did that". When I finish a large sampler I always do a couple of smalls before I tackle another large sampler.
Great idea Mary!!!! Thanks for your comment!!!
Another wonderful video!....love all the things that you both showed....keep on inspiring us, ladies!....
Thanks Becky!!!!
So much stitchy goodness! I had to watch this a couple of times!! 🍁🦃👍
Thank you so much!
Of COURSE it’s gotta look cool while you’re stitching it!! 😂😮😂
Thank you Brenda and Laura. I love your videos. Lots of inspiration and ideas. I really need to plan a trip to Shipshawana.
Thanks Darlene!!!!! Do you live far from Shipshewana? It really is a fun spot!!! Hope you get to go!
I am in the northern lower peninsula of MI so about 4 hours. I wouldn't be able to do it in a day.
@@darleneurso5928 You should plan a weekend trip. It really would be worth it!
As always I enjoy you guys so much! Love all the goodies and your vintage projects are beautiful! Can’t wIt till next time.
Thanks so much Mavis!!!!
Love you two ... and so enjoy stitching while you visit! See you soon. ♥️
Thanks so much Jean! We’re counting down the days❤️
Jean....as you can imagine we are getting so excited to see you in November!!!! We are so lucky to be able to see you twice in one year!!! love, laura
Thank you for another great videos. I just added 3 more charts to my wish list. I will never get all these things stitched but that’s alright. I agree I need a written list of the RULES because I have to be doing somethings incorrectly and I want to be in the know!!!!
Thanks Donna!!! Remember collecting charts and stitching are two separate hobbies!!!!
Wow! Such fun enablers 😀😀, love French General fabric for finishes etc. Thanks for your great, happy podcast 😀
Thanks Katharine!!!
What fun it was to stitch and listen to you girls this morning. Love all the charts and starts and new projects. Thanks for the inspiration ❣️❣️
Thanks Carolyn!!!!!!! Love you!
Love the video !!! So many pretty things that I NEED LOL . Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Lisa!!!!
So many lovely fabrics, finishes and patterns!! Very inspiring❣️
Thanks so much Candice!
Thanks Susan!!!! Let us know which one you decide on!!!!! Or is there only one Halloween quaker??
I think there are several to choose from~~~
You guys are great you make me want to stitch so I stitch and watch :)
Oh that is a high compliment Sandie!!! So glad you are stitching!!!!
Seriously Gorgeous stitch parade. Love your patterns and fabric . Learnt something new about folding the stitch right sides together. Glad there is no rule police because I haven't followed a one yet but there is hope Happy Stitching
Linda m
Thanks Linda!!! You really don't have to follow any rules...only if you want to!!!
FYI!
@@lynnrebman8337 Yes! we always go to Lolly's too....and over to Das Essenhaus for lunch......oh my; wish I was there now!
Great video full of inspiration and laughter. Love you guys!
Thanks Nataly!!!!
Was so thrilled to wake up and see you had a new video going! Enjoyed spending my morning with you! Beautiful pieces and choices....now what to start? Lol
Thanks Terri!!!!!!! Let us know what you start!!!!!
I love that your video makes me feel like I’m sitting across from you two. You ladies are so talented!!! I love all of your choices of patterns, floss and fabric!!! Nothing better than going to a fabric store too!! Have a great two weeks of stitching and just being creative!!!
Thanks so much Sara!!!!! It is so sweet that you feel like you are sitting across from us! Wish you were!!
I love the shenanigans and the inspiration. You make me smile and helped my creativity grow. I have many new pieces added to my list, thanks gals. :)
Thank you so much Paula!!!!
Thanks Tracey!!!! I wonder what the project you stitched from the shop in Tuscola was??? So glad your love of stitching was reignited!
So funny to hear you mention Tuscola. That’s close to home for me! You ladies are such an inspiration. Keep the videos a coming!
Thanks Kristina!!! We sure hope to keep them coming! Have you been up to the Chicago suburbs to visit any of the shops?
No I sure haven’t. I’m new to stitching (only been stitching about a year) and haven’t had the pleasure of visiting a LNS yet. Do you have any recommendations?
Yes!!!! Inspired Needle in Lemont Illinois. It is fabulous!!!!
You 2 are always an inspiration! Yes!! Please do an end of the year video with all the laws! That way we can begin the new year on track😉 I have never done a Quaker ....they are quite pretty.....Now on my list for next year! Looking forward to the next video!❤️
Thanks Amy Lynn!!!!!! Yes to all the Quakers!!!!! I am going to start a special basket for them tonight after work!!
You two are so cute and fun. Loved your video you Make me smile 😊 and you are very inspiring..........Take care...........
Thanks MaryJo!!!
You have inspired me to get out my Rachel Howell start.
Always inspiring! I have so many WIPs going....you both make me want to start even more! Happy stitching!
Thanks Frankie!!!! It is a never ending list isn't it???
Love it when I see a video ready from you ladies. Always so much inspiration from you both and a pure joy to watch.

Great advice: stitch what makes you happy. Am thinking about joining the Lady Dot finishing club. Missed you girls at the Bristol Orphanage Sampler lecture and workshop--SassyJack's is a wonderful shop--think about attending a retreat there--you will not be disappointed
