Sorry, I know I'm 5 years late, but I'm sure that in act 4 once you get three people to help overthrow the factory you can skip the midnight meeting and go straight to the factory. I happened to accidentally skip it on my first playthrough personally
@Nona Wax Please take it as a compliment if it's not, but is this a TAS speedrun? It just feels so fast. Plus the way you sing songs while running through the levels just feels a bit spot on. If this is all legit, you've got mad skill!
33:17 Steam achievements require navigating the Steam client to reset, as Steam does not allow games to independantly revoke, so if this is Steam version, confident no. Otherwise a hesitant no.
No, you can play from skipping act 5 and still get the bad ending. Still havent verified if it was changed to allow scene selecting to the bad end after skipping one place

What causes the bad ending?
Not helping the people throughout the game by zipping straight to the overseers.
It mostly kicks in when you are unable to stop the war between Rulle and Chaandesh.
