Fix Twitch Buffering, Freezing, and Lag in OBS Studio 🚩

I'm having problems with OBS freezing my stream. It isn't dropping frames, but rather the capture window freezes. Right clicking on the source and selecting properties usually gives a kick, but it freezes again after 5-10 minutes. Any ideas? I'm at a loss.

Right, but how do we prevent this from happening in the first place? I never used to have this issue up until recently.

Right but my internet is amazing, I’ve tried this fix and while it does occasionally get blurry likes it’s stopping it, it doesn’t stop the skips I’m getting. Pls help

are you trying to change this option while you're streaming? if so, that might be the issue. end stream and then try
