- This is a few clips of the run at operational Speed supply s event with the 77 pontiac trans am featuring the entire pro Touring f-Body comp suspension, Viking Coil over dual adjustable crusaders and 315/30/18 yokahama tires . Yes, still on leaf springs.

A LOT of work went into this car to look fun. I can watch it all day.
Funny thing is, I didn't like them back then, thought they were ugly. Now I'd love to have one!

70's Trans ams had absolutely no body roll, even stock. No other cars were like that, not a z-28, not a 2004 GTO, not a G8, not a mustang.

This t/a is clearly not stock especially that engine note .......most probs have a bigger engine maybe a LS motor or bigger cubic inch 👍

I am curious about how your times are compared to the newer Camaro and the last Gen Firebirds?
Not easy to compare. Every driver, car, different course and level of modification makes any direct comparison tough. I've beaten every generation and lost to every one sometimes in the same day. The day of the video I came in 3rd to a nationally competitive 4cyl turbo Camaro that was well prepped and a first gen that I struggle to keep up everywhere I go. All gens can be fast.
Need some more dirt on the track. The tires were actually getting some traction
