This takes me back 40+ years doing downtown Christmas shopping, seeing all the garland and balls decorating all the shops. Looking at all the musical instruments in the music stores. The 1970s were an innocent time for most Americans. Now as our eyes are opened to all the corruption around the world we find it hard to return to what Christmas meant then. It seemed everyone put the celebration of the birth of the savior, Jesus, of the world. This holiday has been used by the elite to captivate our minds and lead us from the true meaning of Christmas. I love the warmth rekindled for me when becoming emersed in jazz. Swing is one of my favorite music styles. The internet makes bringing these artists and styles back into our lives. 12/24/2022 Merry Christmas.

Christmas is still a couple of months from now. I made plans to visit my girl this winter for the first time (long distance). She lives in the country next to mine, 7 hours away. I'm looking forward to spending a whole week with her, but now the government is thinking of another lockdown, possibly preventing us from seeing each other this winter. This music is neat tho!
