I think the phrase is "In office, but not in power". Yes, if this PMQs was a boxing match, the referee would have stopped the fight in the second round, so piss-poor was Sunak
“One man war on reality”. Priceless.
His last words Britain isn't listening iconic how the mic goes off 😂😂😂
Rishi Sunak debates like a little kid. He said, she said looool. God help us.
wow... i've never seen someone get reamed as utterly as sunak was there. at this point he is basically a hollowed out windsock
The irony of him being muted while saying the country isnt listening is sp funny
I have not seen starmer like this for ages one of the best prime ministers questions
Where was all these MP's when Andrew Bridgend spoke about excess deaths????? Scum, the lot of them!!
Starmer will make a far better PM than people are thinking right now. The confidence is growing.
One tory for another
If thats what you think, you have not been paying attention. At all. @@bluefish1875
Starmer been a Labour member for 46 years...think hes pretty clear on what Labour is, what it needs to do to win power and what he'll do when he gets there@@bluefish1875
@@leewoodard5871 I dont , when the leader of the Labour party doesn't fight for the working classes, what is the point in the Labour party. Hes' a phoney always going on about his dad being a tool maker, no his dad owned the company. He is a deceitful lying tory. I know the tories want to fuck me but I don't expect the opposition to as well
The pathetic attempt by Sunak to pretend to read whilst Starmer speaks is sickening.
Labour has to give the question in advance, Sunak is reading what he has to say in return, written by others!!!!
It’s in the script. All part of the theatre 🎭
He's reading planted answers lol!
@@mickclarke6634they do or are meant to release government statements in advance but I don't think the opposition parties send him/her notifications the PM has an hour on Wednesday mornings with his/her advisors on what may be asked but clearly they're not even good at preparing for that lol!
@@4thegoodI'm glad you used the word "theatre" as I (with my limited understanding of politics) have always thought the same about these PMQs, etc..that is all just for show, an act? Essentially, that it's absolutely meaningless.
Yeah, I dunno, I don't trust anyone, but I especially don't trust those sat in that room to put the needs of others before themselves, and it baffles me how anyone could 🤷🏼♂️
Sunak looks so defeated. I love it. He should step down effectively immediately.
Thu: I think he's thinking "Just a few more months ... "
Not a fan of Keir Starmer but I must say one thing, he was exceptionally savage today against 'poor' old Rishi Sunak.
Both clowns
The word poor should never be followed by Rishi Sunac
Yeah man. But you know, indians are good at that. Taking it lime a champ, that is.
Interesting use of the word poor there.
@@cookielicious82ok edge lord
Two mugs, heading two parties of mugs, in a Parliament full of mugs
Gesturing to Cleverly asking if he could finish the sentence was CLASS🤣👏🏼
Well done Keir. Your jokes and their timing were brilliant.
the job of PM is above Sunak
Unelected the Tory voters never wanted him
As is the top shelf of his fridge! 😁
These leaders are puppets
@@darrenvail8726 I prefer Starmers puppet master, how about you?
Sunak pretending to not be listening , reading important papers 🤣🤣🤣
He was frantically searching for a pre-written ‘zinger’ response and found ‘But Labour’.
Tories are done. General Election now.
The US corporations pay our UK government well to put on a good show.
They should just GET A ROOM.....!!
Starmer came across rather well in this today I must say
Don't worry he'll be back to his fence sitting in no time.
I thought so too. Probably his best, actually.
@@Sbudre I agree
He always does but shallow snobby and puerile pompous people don't want to hear it....
@@Shadowking-oz5tb
Are you really that deluded?
No wonder the Country's in the state it's in.
Ah the classic "trust me bro" response from the Tories. They've had 13 years to tackle rising migration but we can't criticise them now because in a few years they promise it will be under control. If people really fall for this again, then I've lost the little hope I have for our society
Whereas Labour want to take an EXTRA 100,000 to ease the EU's burden AND want an easier visa policy AND want an open door policy.
@@adwilliams134 All complete BS, btw.
I lost respect the last three times England voted in the tories
You mean you haven't already lost it?
England almost always votes Tory and always has. To win the UK, Labour relies on winning Scotland, Wales, the slum cities and the run down former industrial towns to win an election and then promptly does nothing to help them. Labour has only ever won 5 elections in it's entire history.
Labour has always left Office with unemployment higher than when it entered, employment lower and GDP lower. And for 4 of those 5 times, recession as well. And that is true - check the statistics @@enemystand2981
Love the snipe at Cleverly 😂 How the Home Secretary got away with that is beyond me 🙄
At one time it would have been a resignation matter , God help the Tory candidate in Stockton.
Can someome explain it to me?
That was absolutely brutal.
The most one-sided PMQs I can remember.
8:43:00
"We'll have to check the tape again"
Beautifully done.
Just about Starmer's best performance to date in PMQ'S.
Cleverly as home secretary is frankly laughable. Can a grown adult please stage an intervention. This apalling government is not fit for purpose.
Neither is the opposition. What a joke this country is.

how can you listen to this and actually stand it? this is embarrassing to the general public
The reverse Midas touch.
@@EternalEmpireGamingno it isn’t. The two sides actually debating and interacting? It’s better than here in America where the two sides have totally different news outlets, presenting two totally different realities, and neither side talks to the other. The leading candidate for president won’t even debate. Then, when they do debate, it’s a pathetic interaction, akin to what it would be if a couple of eight grade mean girls had a debate about the best lipstick.
More like Starmer was mugged off 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The fact that there is a room where they gather and argue like school kids, which doesn't serve for anything more than comedy.
Dare I say this could be one of Starmers best performances. Had Sunak rattled and on strings
THE TIMING 👌 when Sunak said “Britain isn’t listening” just after they’d cut his mic 😂😂😂 This was a bloodbath 🤤
the fact that he kept on to say it proves he only reads a script!
1 man war on reality 👏👏
I migh keep that in my back pocket for a debate some time. Pure class 😂
Starmer is a bigger Phoney than Rishic.
One man war on reality😂😂😂 Sunak humiliated
I am not a Keir Stamer fan, but he has my vote simply based upon competence.
That’s what we want in a leader. A competent person, calm, measured, willing to listen to people who know what they are talking about. Charisma and gravitas matter too, but I want a competent leader, not a celebrity.
Oh dear . You need to watch interviews where he’s put on the spot . He’s like a rabbit in the head lights and goes to bits . Very competent
In all seriousness, i can t believe anybody sane, rational or with normal intelligence would say what you said.
I agree. Sunak is appalling in those situations.
fool
Keir is killing it omg
starmer roasted the shit out of sunak. he made him look a right mug. labour gets my vote.
They are both mugs, so are you for supporting either of them.
And me ,sick of the Tory lies,
Put your faith in these idiots you’ll always be disappointed.
Starmer in very fine form. Sunak way out of his depth as PM.
This must be the best showing from Starmer so far. Well done sir.
Starmer on form today 🔥
When rishi's mic went off at the end 😂😂😂 lol
It's a bit unfortunate the Speaker said 'I now come on the Leader [of the Opposition] ...' first before correcting himself to '... call on'. But tbf, Starmer was on fire today ...
So much fuss about not calling for a ceasefire. If ISrael's allies can't do 'tough love' and tell Israel it can't just cause humanitarian catastrophe and get away with it, who can. Shameful and inhumane positions by Sunak and Starmer. A discgrace.
Crazy to think Blair's "high" immigration numbers were still half what the Tories have achieved in roughly the same period. At this rate the Tories' net migration record will be *triple* Tony Blair's numbers, despite Brexit!
Yes and labour want uncontrolled immigration, so no difference between them.
And the figures under Blair were due to EU migration. The immigrants now are from Africa and India/Pakistan.
Brexit the direct swap of 300k Europeans for 600k non Europeans. Just exactly what the Red Wallers and Essex brigade had in mind when they shot their foot off 7 years ago 😀
Bring on the pubcast - some quality material in today's PMQs
The bit at the end where Rishi was trying to say something wasn't listening, with his mic cutting out - can't write it. Beautiful stuff
he said "Britain isn't listening" which makes it funnier that his mic cut out
It’s going to be a corker of an episode today!
The reverse Midas touch was 10/10 🤣🤣
I love the dig at Jimmy Dimmly. What an idiot.
As a person who doesn’t follow politics I think the man who isn’t rishi knows a lot more about what he’s saying
