Thank you Mr. Stevens, I've not seen such a lucid explanation of gliders and risers, I'll be watching this several times. P1 instructors should watch this, and take the time to explain all of this. You covered it all in 15 minutes. Any P1 instruction should include a link to this.

Hello, Thank you for the very informative video. I have a new-B question. At 7:13 minutes in the video you show the "D" riser (I think), I see the rubber O-ring
is missing from around your riser lines is this common? I ask because I have a new old wing and it too is missing that exact O-Ring? Any input would be great, again thanks for the time to make this video.
Is it possibile to have english subtitles?

Remeber when as a kid we had ta stand in a corner for two minutes and it felt like an hour, thats what this 6 minutes is gonna feel like. COME ON!!!
At least he's getting the information to those new to the sport! This may not be informative to an "expert" as you MUST be; however, Micah is doing a fantastic job! And to that end... has one.

Why hello there.
Why cant we have a baloon type but same shape pressurised inflated one parafoil wing with inert gas, this will make it more safe even if the wind blows wrong direction, can be infaled in seconds jjst like a car air bag with pressurised inert gas from canister, instead of explosion, no need to inflate the airofoil with ram air, this is how I feel not necessary I am right, but thats why I share it with you correct me if you feel I am wrong, you are a professional.
