      Students become teachers because of what they experience in the real world not in academia. Academia gives them a structured way of confirming what everyone already knows. As she stated when mentioning her grandmother. Some one paying attention would not have missed that and knows what that means.

    Please explain why recent immigrants from Africa are out performing native American blacks on every measure.
    Please explain why Asians on average out earn whites here in America.
