    For any Questions/Queries/Doubt/Issue or more information please create a FREE Service Request from the Admin Portal.
    Go to Office.com, click on Admin tab, click on "show all" or/and click on "Support" tab, "New service Request".
    Once created a Microsoft 365 support Representative should reach you within 15 minutes.

    Thank you so much!!! All the other fixes involved deleting your TPM or digging through Registry Editor and the files and they were overcomplicating it by a mile . SO glad I tried your fix first lol.

    THIS ACTUALLY WORKED! I even went through all of Microsoft support to clear my TPM and it didn't work. But your solution worked! Subbed and Liked!

    We get this error when some users have their passwords changed. Disconnecting the work or school account or deleting the AAD Broker folder seems to be the only work around. Is Microsoft going to fix this bug in their O/S ?
    Does anyone know if there is a permanent fix, which is not a work around?

    it didnt work, when i disconected my school account and tried to sign in, a new error code came up, 80180014. i cant find any solutions for that error code. Could you may help me?
