The real problem is not a language barrier. The real problem is the central government based in south Indian states, for e.g. see money distribution only. Karnataka gives more money than any other north Indian state in GST collection. It comes second after Maharastra. Why are they not giving Karnataka their GST MONEY? For two years, the central government haven't give their scant money also. Karnataka CM wrote a letter to PM Modi to grant money from GST in Hindi. This is not in one field, this is happening in many fields.
