By Scientific studies it has been proved that people believe more in blind superstition , miracles and magic when they need the solutions of their frustrations and problems. Our ancestors knew this very well and thus they used all of the science, mathematics and moral values with some spicy story telling to create this special and extraordinary religion. It teaches us everything in the way we understand it the best. And every practice a Hindu culture follows has scientific and moral logics behind it. You may even see all of our original Hindu festivals are based upon the movement of planets and our moon in the solar system + the changes in earths electromagnetic field which directly and indirectly affects our physical and mental conditions. This will explain you that our ancestors were very wise and knew mostly all of the science and mathematics we study nowadays. Sadly most of this knowledge was either destroyed , stolen or suppressed by the people who invaded Hindustaan (not India because India is the modern name given by those people only). This religion was not a religion before it was a culture and a tradition to make people aware of their existence and the reason why they need to exist, what is real and what is unreal. It explained that what was their dharma they needed to follow to maintain peace and harmony with nature and fellow creatures. They were explained that they need to balance this world and enjoy this beautiful trip aka life.

And sorry if anyone finds this boring because its a very long explanation but, believe me this is the shortest i could have given because there is a lot more to learn about.
I just want one thing that is awareness to the people who think that India is just another ordinary underdeveloped country. And if my explanation changes even at least 1 persons mindset about this then i am successful in my dharma.

And bro, to understand MOKSH, we have to think, MOKSH means beyond all materialistic things.
There is one universal truth, according to quantum mechanics and physics that energy can neither be created nor destroyed... It can be only transfer, transformed or divided... But as in whole universe and dimension, it will be the same as it is...
And according to Bhagwad Geeta, our soul, bcoz of which our individual life in a body exists, is called as uurjaa/praan/praan-uurjaa(cosmic energy), atmaa...and body is a container to hold it...
Like an ocean, where different shapes and sizes of ice caps and ice bergs are there...which are formed from the ocean, part of that ocean and in the ocean...
We know ocean is made of water and ice is also made of water but the differences are bcoz of the degree of temperature.
And the source of ice bergs and ice caps is ocean, bcoz of change in temp., some portion of water in ocean convert in large and small ice caps and bergs.
This is the example to explain this, ocean is the param-atma, which is formless, shapeless, which cannot be count ,i.e,beyond the loop of 0 to infinity (0,1.......,infinity) like ocean...and some portion of water, in change in temp. then that portion becomes ice, in this I mean to explain, changes in temp means birth of that ice, gives a countable, individual shape and size means one atma apart from param-atma takes birth in 3-Dimension Universe with a form bcoz 3-D means form, so atma needs a container to take birth in this 3-D universe...
And finally come to MOKSH/MOKSHA:
When the portion of ocean which takes its form as an ice cap from formless ocean, due to again change in temp, it melts and mix up with ocean or go to ocean... This changes in temp is samadhi, death, mrityu, atma exits from container named as 3-D formed body...and when this atma mix or go to param-atma with purity, then it is called as MOKSH/MOKSHA.
Like example, the individual ice cap in formless ocean can be impure bcoz of dusts in surrounding, so when pure ice cap mix with formless ocean, that is somewhat similar to MOKSHA for ATMAA...

Nice video. You should also react to videos on Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism. They are all Indian religions that came out of Sanatana Dharma. They are basically like Hindu reform movements. I am Sikh myself, and for me personally I didn’t fully understand Sikhism until I started studying Hinduism, because hindu philosophy are kind of the root of all other Indian religions.
Another very popular religion in India is Arya Samaj, which is another Hindu reform movement that rejects all of these Hindu gods and caste system and only recognizes the Vedas as their religious books.
Another very interesting thing about Hinduism is that it allows atheism. Many Hindus I know are actually atheist and don’t believe in any god at all. But they follow those core beliefs laid out in the video. I feel like Hinduism isn’t just a religion, it’s more like our culture and way of life.

When you work do business do the trade you become (Vaishya)
When you clean yourself, clean your house do all the dirty work to maintain everything you become ( shudra )

So lord hanumana was blessed with super powers from bramha dev he approached the sun from earth and when he reached he swallowed sun. After it was a long controversy I'll tell you later what happened after it. But when he reached sun its exact distance is mentioned in hanuman chalisa:-yuga-sahasra-yojana para bhanu

And 1 mile = 1.60934 kilometers.
According to the calculation presented in Hanuman Chalisa
Distance between Sun and Earth = 12000 x 1000 yojanas = 96 million miles = 153.6 million kms, which is closer to the calculation of the modern scientists.

Just read Bhagavad Gita it is sufficient in itself . the essence of all Vedas and upanishads is Bhagavad Gita.since it is spoken by super personally of God head krishna himself.This not what I am saying it is written in gita itself.

In Hinduism, its goal is to uplift you from the 3 categories of Human Mind and existence to the 4th One.. where Mind Ceases to exist.
The 4 categories are Tamas, Rajas, Sattva

Sanatana-dharma can mean the ancient path that has existed from time immemorial. It is the eternal path which has been given to humanity and comes from beyond the material dimension. Sanatana-dharma is the inter-dimensional path of progress for all living beings.
It can also be said to be the unceasing and imperishable path of the soul. Sanatana-dharma also means the eternal path and our eternal nature. Dharma means the ultimate nature of the living being, the spirit soul. And the nature or dharma of the soul is to love and be loved, to serve its most lovable object and to receive love. Just like the dharma or nature of sugar is to be sweet, we know that if it is not sweet or if it is salty, then it is not sugar. The dharma of fire is to give light and heat. If it does not do that, then it cannot be fire. So the Sanatana-dharma or eternal nature of the soul is that it is a spiritual being that is naturally connected to God and feels the greatest joy in its constitutional position as a servant of God. The soul needs to love. It cannot do without it. And our nature as human beings reflects the nature of the soul because we are always looking for love. Although when such love is interpreted through the mind and senses, it is often accepted as the satisfaction of the mind and body. This only brings temporary happiness because it is merely a reflection of what we really want and need. So for the soul, the most lovable object is the Lord and the most pleasing things are spiritual relations and exchanges. This is what will give the epitome of bliss that we long for in loving relationships.
So, Sanatana-dharma means both the ultimate spiritual truth and the means to attain it. And that truth is the divine knowledge of the soul. So if there is to be any eternality in our relationships, or any spiritual connection with anything we do, it has to be based on that divine knowledge of the soul, the ultimate reality. That is the path of Sanatana-dharma, to realize our spiritual identity and then know how to act accordingly.
Therefore, the purpose of life is to follow the path of dharma which will bring us to the conclusion of recognizing that everything is the energy of God, brahman. Following this further, the path of dharma will bring us into union with God. And the highest union is through love and devotion, or bhakti. Thus bhakti-yoga, the process of loving devotion to the Lord, is the epitome of following Sanatana-dharma. Making this the goal of our life means that we are living a life of dharma. And the ultimate goal of dharma is to reach God.
Sanatana-dharma is also a matter of understanding. It is an awareness that every particle of this universe is an expansion of God’s energies. That it is all an exhibition of the potencies of the Para-Brahman, the Absolute Existence. Dharma is the path to seeing how God is everywhere. Thus, dharma is not only the path to God but is also in God. A truly liberated person does not worry about liberation, or in going home back to God in the spiritual world. He is already aware that he is in God’s energy, whether it is the material or spiritual energy. It is all an exhibition of God’s potencies wherever he goes. Thus, the dharmin, or Dharmist, the follower of dharma who sees God everywhere, is already home. Liberation from material existence will follow such a person like a servant.
If we understand this properly, we can see that Sanatana-dharma is the basis of universal truth. It can be applied to anyone at anytime and anywhere in the universe. Thus, many religions can and should include Sanatana-dharma within their approach and outlook. It does not matter in which religion you may be affiliated, you can still benefit and grow within the fold of Sanatana-dharma to reach a higher awareness and perception of your true potential and genuine spiritual identity. In this way, the whole world could reach a new stage in its social and spiritual development, as well as in harmony and cooperation.
