I failed JEE even after dropping and this daant series helping me this is what I needed right now.. world doesn't go by our way our will we have to adapt to change & strive for what we want by controlling the controllables
As a man, I was emotionally very weak and could be easily affected by minor stuff. After listening to you and several other inspirations I realized that time to make a change. Recently I started noticing that I don't easily react to unfair situations and I have become composed and peaceful✨ And this Daat made me even strong to stay grounded forever. Thank you ❤

We are not taking time for our family and ourselves. all time using phone , social media then we feel alone, tired .So reduce time on screen and talk to family. Sometimes do something which you like .example I love art .when I draw something then I feel good and satisfaction.

P= 7, M=(6-8), this is because sir sometimes i got too disciplined and then on the very next day i got below that, i cant sustain that high discipline and i don't know that reason. E= 3-5 😅 But sir this series is literally for Young guys out there like me who wants to change themselve for good, And sir you playing a very important part in it with your videos ♥️🙏

Gymming strength training brings mental strength & physical strength,there used to & will be days where one will feel incomplete without training,it also inculcates discipline & creates invincible zone. I have been stupid lazy inorder to run behind money. My emotional strength surprisedly has depleted,i used to be different. I think these two things i need to work upon
There is some kind of peace here despite the noise, I can feel myself without judgement..have a habit of beating myself down very badly so much that I close room for improvements for myself sometimes but coming here dunno for some reason makes me feel like I do have the power, maybe after some months or years I will surely grow maybe after some time I will be able to connect the dots backward but today I just won't stop trying
